[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Request for reversal of transaction made on 7/11/2014 | |||
Hi, I made a transaction on 7/11/2014 to Dominos online order of rs. 502/- . But once the payment realized I haven't received any order Id or any other customer receipt from dominos. So with this issue I called Dominos immediately but as per dominos customer representative, they said that they haven't received any amount from my account on that day. So after that I again placed an order and I paid on cash on the same day. But rs. 502/- got deducted from my account for the first online transaction and as per bank same has been credited to dominos account. I got y our email Id from dominos. As per Kotak bank Please find the confirmation received at bank's end for the below mentioned transaction which Kotak bank has sent me: OS PUECOM[protected] [protected] - PG-[protected] 07/11/2014 502.00 The transaction has been successfully captured and settled to the merchant DOMINOS.CO.IN on Dtd 10-Nov-14 through UTR CITIN[protected] The merchant has generated a transaction id - e26a60bcaabfb1fe71f7.
