TDR not refunded I have booked a ticket but had to cancell it as the train was 7 hours late and took another ticket to travel. TDR confirmation mail: We wish to inform that your request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", has been received and the Reference No for this is :[protected] The following TDR has not been refunded till date and the Customer care executive is telling that the following TDS has been rejected. How it can be rejected? when i have not travelled in the following ticket. Could you please escalate this and get the refund the hard earned money which is siphoned by Indian railways.
