14.11.2015 Booked Pizza through app at 9:28 pm. At 10:06 pm, order was transferred to another branch of Dominoz. The new Branch Employees inform us that it will take another 30 minutes. So in total it took 1 hour for the Pizza to arrive. That's the first issue. Secondly, when I was talking over the phone to Krishna Nagar employees, they were cross talking to each other using words like "Torturing customer" and other abuses in English and Tamil. We just want our pizza on time, not to abused at. I have to look at consumer court actions if there is a possibility. I do not know whether throwing abuses at customers is valid legal case. I spend money on your Pizza and in return, I get abused at ? Is that Fair ? Was this information helpful? | |||||
