[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Transaction failed but amount deducted, no refund yet. | |||
Placed an order on Dominos online website, but due to some technical reasons transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my account.I have already dropped a complaint and they said there would be a reply in 2 business days. Its been one week but no reply and i have not received the refund also.Please look into this. Thanks, Tabish. Same thing happened to me too on 1st November at 7.35pm.
I had placed an order amounting of Rs. 978 after I completed all my gateway formalities successfully I was redirected to domino's website but Then I got a message saying we could not deliver your pizza but the amount was deducted from my account towards Domino's.
I had been ordering Domino's online for last few years and this has happened to me twice.
Last time when it failed I had got an immediate email from domino's about the failed transaction but this time I didn't get that too.
Please check and advise.
