Domino's Pizza — unethical business practices and totally unprofessional and fake commitments | |||
Issue - unbelievably pathetic experience with dominos and swiggy where both the teams could neither deliver the food nor could provide an update on my order which is absolutely unprofessional and cheating their customers and making the experience even worse they updated me with a message the food has been delivered after 2 hours of placing my order in fact my order never got delivered. Moreover when i contacted dominos they were neither able to provide an update nor could connect to the store manager and promised me a call back with in 30 mins to discuss the issue which again never happened and i didn't get any call back. Root cause - being such a huge food delivery partner swiggy chaining up with again a giant restaurant chain like dominos where none of the parties are aware of the order being placed and moreover none of them could provide a live tracking of the orders. At last neither of them want to take up the responsibility to meet the commitment made to their customers. Consequence - because of such unethical business practices by both the restaurant and delivery partner the customers are suffering where they are making their customers wait for an unusual longer duration not able to meet the customers' expectations and eventually leaving no option for the customer to order from somewhere else late night by not delivering the food and providing wrong updates to their customer with a message food has been delivered.
