Dear sir, Whomever it may concern... I had ordered pizza from swiggy. After around 15 minutes later, received a call from dominos (Sujoy mondal), saying that he is cancelling the order due to undeliverable place as he said directly without any hesitation. My only query to him was, "if its an undeliverable place, then why did dominos took the order?" After that his wonderful reply was, "why did you ordered from swiggy? You should have ordered from dominos personal app" I would be obliged if dominos give a digestive reply. If they are not capable to handle so many things then they should not misguided people with their valuable time. I have the voice record of the conversation and trying to give the evidence as much as possible. Its my humble request to dominos, do not play with our valuable time. Waiting for your response. Yesterday I placed an order, I paid for it and it wasn't delivered. I got a message that the order has failed. I reordered and again it was not delivered. I have been charged twice.
