Domino's Pizza — Wallet points expires before expiry

Dear team I have register the complaint for the expiry of wallet points before expiry but I haven't got any satisfactory response from the team and also I have register the complaint for the wrong pizza delivery for which also I register the complaint but both the complaints they close without taking any consent from me... Please check and do the needful for the reference I have attached the photos and also the complaint numbers are 3160402 and 3158393
