Domino's Pizza — WORST ON HANDLING THECUSTOMERS ..and NO COMPLIANT OPTION ON DOMINOS PIZZA - REALLY FRUSRATING

Hi my name is Raj . I have ordered Pizza today (Friday[protected] for an amount of Rs 635 for the first time. Before ordering I got info that there is a an offer today(Friday Offer) i.e Buy one get one free. Keeping that in mind I called the Chinnamalai Branch which is near to my home . The Person named SABARI picked the call and he told me that if you buy a Pizza you will get one . This is valid for both online and take away. He didnt say anything other than this. Since I was not well today I ordered via of online . While ordering I found that there is a coupon which is for mobile and it is nowhere related to Online ordering . Since I was spoken to Sabari regarding that Buy one get one offer. I ordered a pizza, coke and Pasta for an amount of 630 thinking that I will get another one free of cost . After half an hour pizza was delivered from different Branch-Ashoknagar. I was shocked to know that I gt only only one Pizza.I asked the Delivery boy, he asked me to call the Ashok Nagar Branch for details. when I call them they informed me all the details and they concluded that I was given false information from Guindy-Chinnamalai Branch and they asked me to contact that Particular Branch Manager.. I called them, the same guy named Sabari picked the call, he listened to me and in turn he said that its your fault, then I told him that I was not aware of your rules and regulations, you guys should make the customer to know about the coupon and other stuffs . infact I don't have the coupon with me . I told him all these details. later he handed the phone to another guy, he told me that there is a coupon named MOB06 which should be used for online ordering which is a false information. Before i could respond something he, while talking kept the receiver and went off. I was in the call for nearly 25min . I am completely fed up with this .. Both money and time has been wasted for me . I need a Proper explanation on this .

Updated by Rjraman100 Every Food restaurant has a compliant forum . Dominos pizzaa also has a kind of .. but unable to file a compliant . i have tried several times. They have designed it in such a way that CAPTCHA image shouldnt work . Each time when i enter the image it is showing invalid Captcha and there is no separate compliant mail address. Please take appropriate action and respond me back

I am vaibhav and I ordered a 1 med farmhouse from food panda website I ordered, expected time of delivery was 30 min and as all knows after that dominos gives it for free and as today its friday there a offer I got in text and on foodpanda's website also buy 1 get 1 free I ordered at 10 59 pm and rider mr sachin comes at 11 42 and when I asked him to provide pizza for free he denied and when I asked to let me talk with his store manager, mr ajay was there and he told me that there is no service gaurantee as we are recieving too much orders ... is this my fault when you gave this offer then you have to handle that and after that when I told that ok I ll pay but this is not the way the dominos serve the customers then I pay and asked the pizza he is providing me 1 mr sachin brought only one pizza and that was so irritating, he said that I dont know you can again contact to our manager, I called same no of store earlier I contacted him on this no [protected] and I asked mr sachin to talk and after his conversation he said there is only one pizza and I asked him I want 2 pizza only he said now the oven must be closed and then I told he can take the pizza, then he said ok and I said thanxxxx

I think dominos is a brand you must improve your service .
