Domino's Pizza — WORST Service Provided by the Dwarka Sector 4 outlet

Order No: 331 Date of Ordering: 4/17/2015 Time: 7:27pm Branch: Dwarka Sector-4 Shop No. F-9 I ordered 1Med CW CHK Hawaii and 1Med CW CHK. First i received the order late. It was understandable as it was a rush day. But when i checked the order it wasn't upto the mark. So, i asked for a replacement. But unfortunately the replacement order i got was cold. It wasn't even what i ordered. The pizzas seeemed to be frozen and raw.I had ordered chicken pizzas but they replaced it with veg pizzas. Later when i wanted to replace this replacement batch which was worse than the original batch, i couldn't contact anyone in the outlet for almost an hour. i had to call different numbers on the store to get hold with someone and still i couldn't talk to anyone for a complaint. My order was already paid online so i couldn't just cancel the order also. After a while someone picked up the phone and i asked him to connect me to the manager but the guy put me on hold for 15mins. Now after 2hours of ordering they tell me that they are ready to replace my order when i've already had my dinner. This is the worst kind of service that i can expect from a top brand. Dominos wasted my money as well as my time.
