[Resolved]  Doshi Brothers, Wadala, Bombay — credit not given by indusind bank

Myself mr. Yogesh doshi, director of doshi brothers [unit of doshi medicare pvt. Ltd.], like to draw the attention for the money inr received into your bank on[protected] by rtgs from uco bank.

The swift amounting rs.40, 58, 565.12 which has the value date of[protected]. The approval by indusind opera house branch has been taken on[protected] and they have send the claim to uco bank on dt.[protected] saturday for the same amount.

Thereafter due to diwali holidays, the continuous follow up by indusind opera house branch on[protected] and after finishing their internal process [ by uco bank], they have send the fund on[protected] by rtgs. After receiving the fund, the branch is not giving credit of our money to us although amount recd to them and assurance given to us in the morning that will be credited latest by 3 pm. We have issued cheques against the commitment.

Since, thereafter the branch explained due to non-clarity of the guidelines for business of iran, we cannot give credit to your account. It was shocking and surprising to me.

We, therefore request you some intervence from your sides that since the value date is of[protected], therefore as per banking law, there is no problem to give credit to us. Even, we checked with uco bank also that even they have not given credit of any iran payments which have the value date after[protected] till they recd further guidelines. But they clearly and specifically told us since your payment value date is of[protected], so there is no problem for them to send rtgs payment to indusind bank. This is a clear banking norms of the foreign transactions.

So, we request you to give credit of the amt. Rs.40, 53, 306.55 [ after deducting uco bank charges ] immediately to our account.

Secondly, our business is of the export of medicines and food products which does not come under any sanctions guidelines. The payment recd to us are for export of medicines.
