I booked a cab for medchal medi-city hospital (up-down) on 8th october 2016, pickup time was 12:50pm but due some reason the from customer care they told my cab will be delay for 30 mins, but after 30 mins when i called in customer-care they requested me to wait for another 30 mins, like this 10-20 times i called them same those word was reapeating by them, atlast when the car details was send by them
The driver was not picking up his phone.
Due to this all i missed my doctor's appointment

    I had booked a cab requesting pick up at 4:30am and I had no updates till I called dot cab call centre at 4:20. When I called the call centre i had to hear very lethargic reply that dot cab facility in my area is usually poor and dot cab will need at least 30 more minutes to arrange a cab. Even this was with a disclaimer that they are trying to check if cabs are available.

    Don't know what did dot cab customer care guy who attended my request yesterday did. If they can tell me about poor facility in manikonda when I called them this morning can't they call the passenger proactively and then update. What's the purpose of having customer care team then...

    Very annoying experience early morning. Never will recommend for cab again.

    Dot cab should learn a basic lesson about calling back customers for update when they are not able to meet customer's request. And should not wait for the customer to ask for updates.

    I booked cab many times with Dotcab and always I got worse experience, they never come on time, it's always delay 1-2-3 hrs.

      I booked dot cabs many times by selecting card option, but always drives collecting money by saying machine not working. Recently booked cab to airport by selecting card option, driver not accepted card and not allowed us to leave even flight announcement is coming. Due to that flight got missed. Customer care responding by saying we are are not responsible for that issue.

        We have booked the service more than 14 hrs before, the agent said car will be 15 minutes before, after calling them frantically several times, they kept on saying 5 more minutes every time we call. I lost my patience on the 5 the time and shouted at the supervisor, then the 5 minutes dialogue changed to 25 minutes and then there might not be a cab available. The twist is he said another vehicle is available which is twice the cost and started to sell that service to me. We would have missed the important doctor appointment had not we found a local taxi service. Dot cab is the most unreliable service. I will never go with it and will discourage my friends as well.

          For several weeks i have experienced such rude treatment from one of your tellers that i refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time i try to make a booling he acts as though i were an annoyance.In one instance, he said he has "no patience in dealing with such petty booking"

          I trust that you will speak to her about polite customer service. If she continues to have this attitude, i will move my booking to another cabs. Customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones who pay her salary.

          I think you should be aware of the language that one of your employees is using in the children's shoe department. His identification tag shows the name adnan i was shocked to hear him repeatedly refer to some children with words such as "" or "dwarfs." i couldn't believe my ears. He seemed to think it was funny. I don't know how many people he has offended, but i found it so offensive that i don't want to go into that part of the store again.

          I personally feel he has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Whatever action you decide to take, my daughter and i are certainly willing to act as witnesses.

            But driver came to pickup area at 5:30 pm (2 hrs delay). When i reach to destination drivers asked to pay extra amount 790/-.

            When i asked to driver he said that i have booked indica, this is verito.
            This was very very bad experice with dot cab.

              This morning around 0900 hrs. I booked a cab. For travel from defence colony to attapur. At 1300 hrs. Today, the 26th. The booking was confirmed vide message received at 0947 hrs. The booking no. Is. Is b000700 (Indica 2hrs 25 km.) 26 may 1300.
              Hoever, there was no confirmationof the driver details upto 1245 hrs. When i rang up i was informed that the details will be sent. There was a message reportedly from dot cab office on mob. No. [protected] at 1306 hrs. To say that the vehicle is delayed and it will report by 1330 hrs. I triedto confirm on this no. At 1307, 13.17 etc. But there was no reply i tried your no. [protected] from 13, 08, 1317 and 1324 hrs only to be assured that the vehicle will report within 10 minutes etc. This has never happenned. I then rang up toconfirm/cancel the booking. But was assured that the vehicle is on the way. When it did noti happen, at 1400 hrs. I asked for cancellation of the booking as you have failed by more than one hour and i lost my appointment scheduled for 1415 hrs. I was i was on my moble for more than 15 mts. Then a message comes at 1404 hrs. To say that the booking is cancelled at my request. Message comes at 1404 hrs..
              Please note that the booking is cancelled because of your failure and i had to incur an additional expenditure of six hundred rupees to drop my daughter-in - law who was travelling by flight after collecting the belongings from attapur. She had to run and catch the flight.
              In addition to mental worries and strain at the age of 84 years, additional unwanted expenditure on transportation by urgent means and mobile charges, this failurure on your flight has to be compensated in full by dot cabs together with an apology letter for the inconvenience caused to customers whoi always relied on your service,
              Please respond at the earliest with the action taken.

                I booked a cab for dropping at Hyderabad International Airport. Booking time: 08.08 PM. Booking Date: 26.04.16. Booking Ref: B000312; Package: Rs. 500 (30 Km). Scheduled pickup date / time: 27.04.16 / 04.15 AM.

                I Received SMS at 01.06 AM on 27.4.16 stating that cab no. AP22TV2006, Chauffeur: Raju V, OC No: 2006 will attend me.

                I contacted the driver at 03.31 AM and understood that the vehicle was assigned to some other customer and immediately contacted the customer care[protected]at 03.33 AM and asked him to give me the contact no. of the driver. The person attended the call said not to worry, plenty of time is there, vehicle will come at scheduled time and details of driver will be sent to me shortly.

                I Received SMS at 03.45 AM stating that cab no. TS07UA7230, pilot: Mohd Rayee, DC: 776 will attend me.

                I became ready for the journey and tried to contact the driver at 04.12 AM, but the driver is not responding to my calls.

                So I again contacted the customer care at 04.14 AM and informed the matter. Customer care person put me in line for 7 minutes 1 second and could not give me any solution. My scheduled pickup time has already lapsed. As the time for my check-in at the airport is fast approaching, in vain, I tried for an alternative and booked UBER cab and immediately he picked me and dropped me at Airport in time that too at a much cheaper price of Rs. 300. Otherwise I would have missed my flight.

                My point here is I booked cab 8 hours in advance and my booking was confirmed. Even after confirmation of my booking, how the vehicle assigned to me was changed to another person. I contacted customer care at 3.33 AM, but the person is very casual and did not take up the matter seriously so that my pickup vehicle comes in time. Had the customer care persuaded the matter in time, I would have got the vehicle in time.

                I tried to make a complaint through mail id: “dotcabs.com” but the mail is not being sent to the recipient stating that “wrong address”. I also tried to lodge complaint through feedback menu in their website, but could not succeed. Typically, their website does not give any information regarding “how to lodge a complaint”. No mail addresses are displayed in their website.

                Is this the way of running business? You are putting customers in great difficulties and very casual in your approach. If this is the way of doing business, you may have to wind-up your business very shortly. I will post this in the social media.

                  I book the cab regularly at 10:45 and all the time they provide the cab at 11:30 or more than that and there is no prior intimation of the cab details when it will be available and when called them at 10:45 they say no cabs available, cant trust them anymore, y do they take bookings when they cant handle it. very poor customer service .cabs are delayed even if booked before hrs no prior intimation. customer service is also poor.

                        Dear Dotcabs, At a time when ola and auto charges are cpaturing market with even below reasonable charges, your stupid tariff plan is costing you customers. I have owed today to never book your cab ever again. I took Your 1hr 20 kms plan and happened to travel only 14kms saving you 6 kms. but, due to stupid traffic, the time exceeded by 25 minutes and you automatically switch over to 25 kms 2 and half hour plan!!! and charge us Rs600!! How idiotic and unreasonable are your charges . Out of 25 kms that we paid for we have travelled only for 14 kms and you have no option of setting of time exceeded for kms saved ! Have a better tariff plan and business plan before you go bankrupt. How is slow traffic costing you more to charge us more! Is it even in our control to regulate traffic in the intercity circle especially during peak traffic ?! Even if we would have booked 3 autos we would have paid only 450 and saved 150 more! Think a little before robing your customers. I have hereby decided not only to not book your cab ever, but also suggest and discourage all my friends in the future not to do so . Thanks for your ridiculous business model of looting. May God bless you with some brains! good bye!

                          I have booked cab on 13th Nov 2015 to travel at 4.30 PM to Lingampally railway station. I have booked the cab through mobile app and there is no drop down list of destination to Lingampally. So I have selected Serillingampally.Cab driver shaik Yaseen (Mahendra Verioto -AP 09 TVA 3258) received on time and I have informed to Destination details of Lingampally railway station started with zero meter reading. He dropped us at railway station ..Time in 45 Min.. and demeanded 400 Rs. reading is 12.5 Kms. I have asked Reading not crossed 15 Kms, then why extra 100 Rs. He said this railway station dropping so extra 100 required. I am running out of time to catch train, so I have no time to check with Dot cab customer service. I have paid the 400 Rs cash as demanded by driver. Could you please clarify the below. 1. Why you did not inform customers about extra amount other than travelled distance during/before booking the cab. 2. Please let every one know if Railway station dropping costs extra 100 Rs and Bus Station and Airport etc..

                            The drivers of dot cabs are everyday making a mess by parking in red hills area. Its a residential area. They come and park for hours and sit along with women on dates, romancing them. As a resident i am complaining, next time i will call the police and also shall take very strict action against the dot cab and their drivers. Its a mess, kindly have it checked and warn them

                              I have booked a cab at 8.30 from secunderabad railway station to kalyan nagar vide cab no TS12UA1044 and cab driver name was shaik sayyad DC 562.. I told him the place where I need to go he went in a wrong route and started talking all rubbish. Ultimately I could trace out the route even then he was shouting saying this is very easy route and you made me roam all around the city and its better for you to take an auto instead cab.oh god its really embrassing a cab driver behaving in this way and really this is very part on company who recrute this type of cab drivers and if the passenger himself tell the way what the cab drivers are going to do.its better if cab drivers are given better assistance in address tracing and also mainly providing services..he said while going that he haven't seen a passenger like me.. This is really what company should take into note and see that this should not repeat.. I really pity the company and its fate because of this type of cab drivers

                                I had missed my flight on 19th july.2015 because my cab haven't arrived. I had booked dot cabs with booking id b000212 on 18th july.2015 from my home to the airport. Scheduled time is 04:00 am on 19.07.2015 but cab was not arranged by dot cabs management. I contacted over phone [[protected]] to the service providers and they said that we will arrange after 20 mins but not provided after 20 mins again i contacted them then they said this time after 40 mins but still not provided. After 40 mins i have made a call to dot cabs but they are not lifting the phone. With my friend's help i went to hyd airport but boarding time over. Due to this reason i missed my flight. How can i get reimbursement from dot cabs.

                                  I have missed up an important meeting today. I have booked a muv from neredmet x road to secbad (Boiguda) dated 12 july from dot cabs official website at 11.52 am for pick of 6:30 pm from my residence. I received a confirmation with message of my reference number with mesg saying cab shall details shall be allotted 20mints prior departure. I havent received any call or mesg till 6:25pm. I called up to customer care 24242424.. Was attended by agent. First a gent.. Said sir, v have technical problem we cannot view ur details. Den i called at 6:30 an agent mr. Krishna. Received the call.. I told him i was schduled to depart at 6;30 and i havent received any mesg or call of driver or driver details yet... I said i want to speak to supervisor. Mr. Ahmed.. He said the same reason there was some techncal problem so cab is not allotted. He promised me that i shall receive the cab by 7 pm. And i waited till 6;55pm wondering i havent received details of cab. I called up again to customer service and asked the agent to directly connect me to mgr on duty inturn she forwarded to ms. Anumpa (Team lead). She heard whole story and said that sir am sorry.. Due eveng ramazan fasting we could allot you the cab. And she was apologetic. And a i learnt from that cab has not been allotted to me yet at 7;05pm But my question is y cant dot. Cabs give me a call atleast 1 hour before my schdle so i can fix another cab company. 1. When i book a cab at 6-7 hours prior... Y am given confirmation..2. Y issue a reference number. 3. Y they promise that driver details shall be sent 20 mints prior 4. Y are agents saying there is some technical issues. 5. Y did the team leader misguided me that cab shall be alloted. 6. Y is the second team leader saying that its fasting time etc to cover-up. I am really upset.. When the said promise is not fullfilled. Had any agent called me atleast at 5 pm i could have made alternative arrangments. I shall never recommend or suggest anyone to utilize dot cabs. Am sorry to say that you guys arent professional enough.

                                    Traveled from madinaguda to chowmalla mahal in hyderabad, on 30th may. The google maps shows 2 routes of 25, 29 kms. But your driver took a very long route making it 38 km. Charged me 595 rs. On top of that he did not give me bill. Does not he know routes in hyderabad? It is just next to charminar. After rethibowli unnecessarily he took the car onto pv narasimha rao express way. And got down from it very far. Immediately after getting down also, there is a route to charminar. He did not even take that. He went further to salibanda, chandrayangutta, faluknama and came back to chowmalla. Heights of cheating. I will never take dot cabs again. Later, i reported this review forums and dot cabs fb page, also in feedback. The customer care person called me and told that they would be sending a discount voucher, as compensation. Which i did not yet receive. This happened around 3 weeks back. Another level of cheating.

                                      I booked an innova cab for my friend from kachiguda railway station to madinaguda. Booking details booked through mobile application for, 5th june 2015 ref. No. [protected] innova cab no. Ap28ta8890 pylot syed yakoob. Scheduled pick up time is 8 am. The train is a bit late. The journey commenced around 8.30 am and they went to nagaram near ecil picked up their children and reached madinaguda. Total kilometers traveled 60 and it took nearly more than two hours. The driver denied to allow 10% discount and demanded an extra amount of rs.100/- Total amount was collected was rs.1720. Kindly look into the matter and do possible justice in this regard. I am your regular customer for more than 4 years. I rarely come across this type of cheating drivers. This type of drivers won't bring any good name to your organization.                                         There have been atleast 10 instances where dot cabs have not sent the cab and there is no message that they would be delayed in sending a cab. They cancel the booking without consumer's consent but send a message that on consumer's request the booking has been cancelled. This is a serious concern because the work place is far and no other transport available it becomes really concerning at night sometimes. Dot cabs does not really care for the safety of the female consumers else they would atleast inform the consumers that the cab would not be availabla and the consumers should make alternate arrangements
