Last week, I added Rs 257 to the redtaxi wallet via Gpay but it wasn't reflected in the wallet. So I approached their Customer support and shared relevant screenshots per their request. But no further response from them. Additionally, they closed the ticket multiple times without resolving the issue and each time I had to call them to raise a new ticket.It's been only two weeks since I have started to use this app, good that I didn't add a larger amount.
Red Taxi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
