He behaved very harshly / rudely with us and he raised his hands twice on me and throwing money even we were in very kind talking. My old Parents and 12 years son were with me and all were depressed much. Unfortunately one Police came and warned him for his activity and advised us to raise complaint against him on his behavior. Refund

I have booked on 6th sept from salem to erode and I have paid Rs.500 as advance during booking. And while dropping I have given the full amount to driver unknowingly. I contacted customer care and they have mentioned that they will refund in 2 working days. But still refund has not been received....

I booked a cab through app from gandhipuram to arasur. After booking i called the driver and asked whether he will be able to come to drop location arasur, he told yes and no problem in that. While nearing hopes he called someone and gave the phone to me and the person in the phone told me that i need to pay extra 100 rs. I see a waiting fare in the invoice.
I usually book in advance. The fare for advance booking is more by 50 to 60 rupees. When this is case, why am I charged waiting fare? I specify the time for pickup but if the cab reaches early why must I be charged waiting fare ?

      என் வாகனம் Hyundai Xcent 2017 25.01.2023 அன்று Erode Red Taxi அலுவலகத்தில் இனைத்தேன்..
      இனைத்து 10மாதம் வாடகை எடுத்துள்ளேன்.. நவம்பர் 15ஆம் தேதி என் வாகனம் முழமையாக பழுதடைந்துவிட்டது (Engine Cheese, Ac Full Part Failed).. ஆகவே எனது வாகனத்தை விற்க முடிவு செய்து Erode Red Taxi Manager Prakash தொலைபேசியில் அழைத்தேன் அவர் இதுவரை எனக்கு பதிலளிக்கவில்லை.. மற்றும் பணியாளர் Naveen Kumar என்பவரும் எனது அழைப்பை எடுக்கவில்லை.. அலுவலகத்திற்கு 4 முறை நேரில் சென்று பார்த்தேன் Closed இருந்தது.. November 22அன்று 5வது முறையாக Manager Prakash பார்த்தேன்..அவர் இணைப்பை Cancel செய்துவிட்டேன் பத்து நாட்களில் Coimbatore Head Office இருந்து அழைப்பார்கள் என்று கூறினார்.. ஆனால் 1 மாதம் ஆகியும் எனக்கு பதில் இல்லை...6வது முறை சென்று பார்த்தேன் அலுவலகம் அடைந்திருந்தது... Vendorக்கு இதுதான் மரியாதை Erode-ல்...

        We have booked cab (TN 56 M 9846) from Hospital to home. We have 9 days old New born baby check up, on that time heavy rain in erode. When he came to hospital not even waiting for second and very rude & hurry. he was not drop at in front of our home. He was stopped the car at near by bus stop, then shouted to leave a cab even though there are heavy rain and have baby. This is very very bad experience from Red taxi driver.

          I had booked the red Taxi cab from madurai railway station to Uvari suyambulinga Samy temple tuticorin district via Tiruchendur on 23/11/2023. The pickup time is early morning around 04.45 am. I had informed them that I will be getting down at virudhunagar while my return. They had agreed and at the time of booking. Once I had completed my travel they're demanding that I have to pay till the madurai. Originally I had travelled 462 kilo metre but they have insisted me to pay for 517 kilo metre as well as driver beta 300+night halt charges 700+ 13 rupees per kilo metre. Altogether I had forced to pay 8056 rupees. The taxi number is 9298. Driver name is Satish Kumar and his mobile number is [protected]. Is it the charges usually the Red Taxi charges?             We took a ride in tiruchi the driver mr.hanifa TA0510P6B18LJ, driver was not good he took a long distance to reach the temple instead of short distance by saying unwanted reasons so we missed to see the temple in spite of saying to go as per the map location he took a long distance. He was saying that if you complain also they will give 1 day off only so no problem for me next day they will call me again because not sufficient drivers are there soo kindly respond me as we are suffered a lot we are charged extra amount too so I need a refund

              Last week, I added Rs 257 to the redtaxi wallet via Gpay but it wasn't reflected in the wallet. So I approached their Customer support and shared relevant screenshots per their request. But no further response from them. Additionally, they closed the ticket multiple times without resolving the issue and each time I had to call them to raise a new ticket.It's been only two weeks since I have started to use this app, good that I didn't add a larger amount.

                Sir i had booked red taxi on 3/09/2023 from surya hall to gandhipuram the customer care had said 180 rupees but the driver had charged 247 rupees it sad to hear people are looting in the name of meters in red taxi i had said to driver that ur calling team had said 180 but the driver said peak hours and sunday there will be mor amount like that but customer team not said anything about this, i think red taxi cheats people like worms taking blood of others as a student traveller its said to here my travel id is :CRB0309J5CT2B0

                    We felt very bad about this driver's attitude. I told the Red taxi attender, for 2 persons dropping at Coimbatore International airport. We had 2 big suitcases and 2 hand luggage He denied keeping them in his car. This is for passengers only, he said. Then we tpo had to cancel this. Ironically we are going by an auto.                       We are a regular customer..who prefers redtaxi where ever we go. From few days I could find the taxi getting delay almost 1 hour. Getting late due to shortage of cabs might be a reason but for 1 hour and so is definitely a big inconvenience to the passengers. Its alright for 30 mins ... Facing alot of issues if we believe redtaxi to be an option for on time travel.. kindly correct it
