I see a waiting fare in the invoice.
I usually book in advance. The fare for advance booking is more by 50 to 60 rupees. When this is case, why am I charged waiting fare? I specify the time for pickup but if the cab reaches early why must I be charged waiting fare ?

Am red taxi customer for the past 5 years, unknowingly I added 10K in red wallet. Now Am moving out of Coimbatore won’t be using red wallet.

Could you please guide me how to take the money back.

November 22அன்று 5வது முறையாக Manager Prakash பார்த்தேன்..அவà®...⇄ இணைப்பை Cancel செய்துவிட்டேன...⇄ பத்து நாட்களில் Coimbatore Head Office இருந்து அழைப்பார்கள் என்று கூறினார்.. ஆனால் 1 மாதம் ஆகியும் எனக்கு பதில் இல்லை...6வது முறை சென்று பார்த்தேன் அலுவலகம் அடைந்திருந்தத�...⇄ Vendorக்கு இதுதான் மரியாதை Erode-ல்...

We have booked cab (TN 56 M 9846) from Hospital to home. We have 9 days old New born baby check up, on that time heavy rain in erode. When he came to hospital not even waiting for second and very rude & hurry. he was not drop at in front of our home. He was stopped the car at near by bus stop, then shouted to leave a cab even though there are heavy rain and have baby. This is very very bad experience from Red taxi driver.

I had booked the red Taxi cab from madurai railway station to Uvari suyambulinga Samy temple tuticorin district via Tiruchendur on 23/11/2023. The pickup time is early morning around 04.45 am. I had informed them that I will be getting down at virudhunagar while my return. They had agreed and at the time of booking. Once I had completed my travel they're demanding that I have to pay till the madurai. Originally I had travelled 462 kilo metre but they have insisted me to pay for 517 kilo metre as well as driver beta 300+night halt charges 700+ 13 rupees per kilo metre. Altogether I had forced to pay 8056 rupees. The taxi number is 9298. Driver name is Satish Kumar and his mobile number is [protected]. Is it the charges usually the Red Taxi charges? We took a ride in tiruchi the driver mr.hanifa TA0510P6B18LJ, driver was not good he took a long distance to reach the temple instead of short distance by saying unwanted reasons so we missed to see the temple in spite of saying to go as per the map location he took a long distance. He was saying that if you complain also they will give 1 day off only so no problem for me next day they will call me again because not sufficient drivers are there soo kindly respond me as we are suffered a lot we are charged extra amount too so I need a refund

Last week, I added Rs 257 to the redtaxi wallet via Gpay but it wasn't reflected in the wallet. So I approached their Customer support and shared relevant screenshots per their request. But no further response from them. Additionally, they closed the ticket multiple times without resolving the issue and each time I had to call them to raise a new ticket.It's been only two weeks since I have started to use this app, good that I didn't add a larger amount.

Sir i had booked red taxi on 3/09/2023 from surya hall to gandhipuram the customer care had said 180 rupees but the driver had charged 247 rupees it sad to hear people are looting in the name of meters in red taxi i had said to driver that ur calling team had said 180 but the driver said peak hours and sunday there will be mor amount like that but customer team not said anything about this, i think red taxi cheats people like worms taking blood of others as a student traveller its said to here my travel id is :CRB0309J5CT2B0

We felt very bad about this driver's attitude. I told the Red taxi attender, for 2 persons dropping at Coimbatore International airport. We had 2 big suitcases and 2 hand luggage He denied keeping them in his car. This is for passengers only, he said. Then we tpo had to cancel this. Ironically we are going by an auto. Kindly find where the mistake is..

We are a regular customer..who prefers redtaxi where ever we go. From few days I could find the taxi getting delay almost 1 hour. Getting late due to shortage of cabs might be a reason but for 1 hour and so is definitely a big inconvenience to the passengers. Its alright for 30 mins ... Facing alot of issues if we believe redtaxi to be an option for on time travel.. kindly correct it

Driver from Red Taxi took long route from Coonoor to Coimbatore. He took road via Kotagiri. In google map, the route is 79km. The image is attached. He billed us for 88km. He took a long route instead of taking 79km route. You can see the differences in the attached images. He drove very rashly also. Customer care is not able to understand. Only saying odometer reading shows 88km.

I dont know about if we take any luggage we should pay for that.. I dont know about this is first time I m hearing . The driver not even touch the luggage also. But he is telling these luggage are will be 30 kg like.. 😆 anyway whatever how can we give ... if we hav extra luggage then only we book taxi right.. for that if we need to pay.. ? Very bad. Driver also not polite to handle the customer. Conversations are going one side. I m talking with redtaxi customer care. But driver, He parked the car on sideway and take my luggage and kept it down and went out.. how irresponsibility hes is.. very worst... here is my luggage infront of super market... very worst service..

I book traveling from Sulur KMCH to nachipalayam (kanyeyampalayam to tirupur road). But your call center guy was booked to sulur to Coimbatore nachipalayam. But cab driver was dropped at my designation. Driver was not close the trip and my passenger was waiting for 30min at night time. After the discussion with your call center guy and Driver and my self only the trip is closed at the time around 9.50pm. and amount is invoiced for Rs1400. (During the booking your persons was told aound Rs900 since this location is out of city).
Why your drive was start the trip with this confusion, why the driver was not calling to me. Still that cab driver is calling to me for reaming amount closing of Rs500.

I'm totally un ststisfied with your service and your support. I need solution from your side shortly.

I didn't noticed that red taxi app have no service in my place so i withrawn money from wallet to bank account in two time first 200₹ yesterday and 200₹ today but didn't received the money that i withrawn yesterday. They are not answering my email also

I availed Red Taxi from Coimbatore Airport to my college. The payment was made directly to the driver, but the same amount was deducted from my Red Wallet.
I made a complaint the same day, and customer care said that the issue will be resolved. But, even after sending multiple emails, and making multiple calls, I have not yet received my money yet.

I took the cab from Trichy railway station for 5 hours. we went to Uchi Pillaiyar temple, Mukkombu dam and Kallanai dam. From there we want to go to Tanjore. I was about to take a bus due to cost constraint. Driver suggested me that it is only 12 rupees and the distance Kallanai to Tanjore also very short. So we took a cab to Tanjore. It took 45 Kms from Kallanai to Tanjore. when i got the final bill, they charged me for return to Trichy KMs as well. I said to Driver that u didnt say this to me and also they have charged 14 rupees for the excess KMs. The point is we have different agreement with Taxi team and the drivers interfere in it and hides the half information to get the Savari and in end you are charged more. Also Driver charged me return journey Toll fee as well. Driver was good in terms of behavior, but he need drive safely. He was over speedy in the road where we dont have median (Trichy to Mukkombu) and also he is talking in mobile while driving and the passenger safety goes for a toss. Literally i was bit scared and said the same thing to him. I WILL TAKE RED TAXI IN FUTURE AND RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS.

Took a taxi for 12km it cost me 424rupees, from thudiyalur to Saravanampatti.. total rip off. Car didn't go faster than 35km/h

He is not proper
No control on driving
