And the bewakoof site says that parcel are delivered but i don't receive my parcel by any person. Then i sent my problems in bewakoof email address more than 3time but not any team of this site contact me and i pay my parcel rs299 and he don't give any contact no. Pls solve my problems

        My name is khanin nath, bilasipara assam 783348.in our area flipkart items are delivered through dotzot (Dtdc), i have puchased 10 phones, earlier it was good and they delivered it on time. But last 2 delivery was problem, tracking details shows that your item is out for delivery, when you go to the courier, they said they have not received any parcel. After 4 days i have finally received the item. If your tracking details not accurate, you should not show the tracking details. It not only happened to me but also evey customer in our area facing the same problem now a days.

        This is the worst courier company in India...didn't deliver my package..n tat courier person called n irritated me...I cancelled my order😵😵😵😵[censored] company.i m not going to order anything in future from any site which uses this courier.
        I have recieved my product yet.. but someone called me and told that your product had gone to ghaziabad instead of coming to adress worst and loser courier service ever
        I had placed an order of walnuts through Kashmir Walnuts. It was shipped through DotZot on 22nd Feb 2018. After two days they are showing the destination as Jammu- Hyderabad whereas my order was for Jammu-Assam(Digboi) . Again after that since 27th February my parcel is stuck at Kapashera, Delhi with no updates of the tracking nor a correction of my destination address.

          Late delivery by your employees. And they don't feel any responsibility and timely delivery of products. Delivery from ebayin has been reached at gorakhpur branch on 10am _11december but not any person contactated me about my product reaching to time. I became very hopeless by this courier service. No customer care phone service is valuable on which can say our problems and your executive tell us about proper solution.

            I have ordered for JBL Inear phone through harmarnaudio.in they have couriered it through DOTZOT almost it took more than 3weeks of time but today without calling anything they updated the delivery status as Unavailable. I don't know how they are doing these kind of things as we are believing them but they are not being faith for us

              We have placed the order through firstcry (43228QO550F5384).DotZot is the Courier company.They are not delived the order but they have updated the Fake staus in portal.we have contacted local courier guy.he said it was returned the DotZot vijayawada Branch.

              Both Firstcry and DotZot are palying games with customers.

                I was supposed to receive a delivery of jbl product on 24th nov 2017 via dotzot which was delivered from mumbai. However delivery wasn't made even after following up with the delivery person. The person promised me delivery by 4-5pm max. However i didn't receive it. Called back the person gives lame excuse of 2 hours spent in fixing bike puncture. Promised delivery of 11 am max next morning, calls up from number other than provided for official purpose which i missed thinking must be marketing call. Called back again at 1pm asking on delivery to which he replies very rudely asking why didn't you answer my calls i was there for 1-2 hours to find location. Such an unprofessional courier service and surprising jbl being such a big brand is using such courier service to provide delivery of product which i already delayed by 5-6 business days.

                  I have still not received the ordered product. I have the tracking number but in vain. It is showing that the address in wrong or incomplete. But the address and phone number are in tact. It has been 14 days since i have paid in full. The agent number that the courier has sent me is from manglore not dharwad.                     I have ordered the above product from flipkart. I got the product but due to some reason i need to return it. I requested the return. When dotzot courier boy came to pick up the product he said he does not have the acknowledgment slip so i refused to give him the product. He repeated this 3 times. All the time he came without acknowledgement slip. Finally fourth time he came with the slip but i did not get the refund from flipkart. When i enquired about the refund from flipkart they told me that the acknowledgement slip was for the earlier product i requested return for i. E. A pressure cooker i ordered earlier from the flipkart. That courier boy has cheated on me and gave me a duplicate acknowledgement slip which i got for earlier product. He intended to cheat me that’s why he was not bringing the acknowledgement slip earlier many times. Please look into the matter as flipkart has asked me to complain about dotzot for this matter. Otherwise i will be bound to file a consumer complain against dotzot.

                      My tracking order no. Is[protected], the product have reached destination on 17th of November, but the product has not been delivered yet, and it's falsely stated that I have asked for a different date of delivery, when they have not even contacted me for the same. Please kindly resolve my problem..
                      Want to know the exact delievery date as its been more than 15 days since i have ordered my shoes and the tracking shows no update since 3days. The last place shown is siliguri and the delievery place is smit majitar gangtok. It just takes 4 hours to reach gangtok but yas not reached yet. kindly ensure speedy delievery.

                            My ordered product arrived at bangalore facility which is 2 kilometres from my house, on 16th nov, but still not yet delivered. Dotzot is putting wrong statuses that they attempted delivery. No body contacted me even once. My family is always at home. There seems to be done kind of racket going on as i am seeing so many similar complaints against dotzot.

                              I have ordered one bluetooth speaker from harman audio order id[protected]. It was shipped via dotzot 10 days back but there is no sign of delivery yet. It was promised to be delivered in 5-7! Days and it has been 20 days now. Tracking id[protected]. I am starting to think that both harman and dotzot are cheating customers. I am going to go to consumer court as i have all the proofs and invoice.

                                    I ordered two products from firstcry.com. My shipment nos.[protected].[protected]. Out of these two 1 has been delivered by him but the 2 is kept in his office from 4 - 5 days and he is putting wrong remarks that my office door was closed. My office working timing is of 24 hrs x 7 days. I and now after keeping my parcel from 4 - 5 days he is sending back because of which i suffered many problems. Please ask him to deliver the parcel by tomorrow (Dated 11.11.2017)

As it shows on tracking that it has shipped from banglore on 25 october, 2017 and it arrived guwahati on 28th october, 2017... But till now its shows no progress after 29th october, 2017 out for delivery... How much time it will take to reach from guwahati to tura... No updated information... Or it might be too far away to reach tura from guwahati as it takes to long rather than from banglore to guwahati which takes only 3 days...
