And the bewakoof site says that parcel are delivered but i don't receive my parcel by any person. Late delivery by your employees. And they don't feel any responsibility and timely delivery of products. Delivery from ebayin has been reached at gorakhpur branch on 10am _11december but not any person contactated me about my product reaching to time. I became very hopeless by this courier service. No customer care phone service is valuable on which can say our problems and your executive tell us about proper solution.

I have ordered for JBL Inear phone through harmarnaudio.in they have couriered it through DOTZOT almost it took more than 3weeks of time but today without calling anything they updated the delivery status as Unavailable. I don't know how they are doing these kind of things as we are believing them but they are not being faith for us...

I order jblc100si earphones in harmanaudio.in on 10/11/2017, and they gave a tracking number after 10 days. This refers to my order placed at harman.in on
[protected] and order ref:[protected]. They had assured to deliver within 5-7 days. But as of no update whether order had been dispatched or not.
There is no contact number for dotzot and no proper response for the same. Please do response and solve my query immediately without any further delay. It's hardly more than 10days gone....

My ordered product arrived at bangalore facility which is 2 kilometres from my house, on 16th nov, but still not yet delivered. Dotzot is putting wrong statuses that they attempted delivery. No body contacted me even once. My family is always at home. There seems to be done kind of racket going on as i am seeing so many similar complaints against dotzot....

Regarding my order dotzot[protected] i have order mobile from flipkart i. E cod but till now i have not received my item... As it shows on tracking that it has shipped from banglore on 25 october, 2017 and it arrived guwahati on 28th october, 2017... But till now its shows no progress after 29th october, 2017 out for delivery... How much time it will take to reach from guwahati to tura... No updated information... Or it might be too far...
