[Resolved] Dotzot — wet and damaged products received | |||||
I ordered few products on online from patanjali ayurved.com they send the package through dot zot dtdc. I already faced bad experience in the past with the dotzot dtdc courier and cargo. The package i have received yesterday is one of the worst experience i ever had, the total products were damaged, unbearable very very bad smell, whole package is wet ex: it is like dipped the whole package in a dirty liquid. Then they packed with another dry cotton package and delivered to me, they knowingly cheated me. Such a careless, irresponsible, ugly and dirty agency it is. Was this information helpful? | |||||
