I have visited for my daughter to recheck up as advised by Dr. When i came to Dr. agarwal again and asked reception how long it ll take. The reception is showing attitude and yelling on me saying my voice is like that and this is how i will speak to everyone the same. I said this is not right way to talk to customer. she again said i will talk like this do not repeat ur question here. Its so embarrassing in front of all the customers what she did. I told again do not show your attitude to us. As a customer to whom we should ask our query? the reception when she is not capable then why we need to call as customer service?? This s 2nd time its happening for me. I have raised compliant over the call but nothing you are all doing with this. Will i revisit to Dr. agarwal or can i stop coming to Dr. agarwal???
