Dr Batra Homeopathy — Discontinuation of plan and refund of amount

I had started treatment of my minor son from Dr Batra Homeopathy Clinic at Ludhiana Punjab and paid Rs. 13, 000/- for one year plan on February 2021 and I have started treatment and started medicine for three months. But I don't want to continue the medicine and want my rest amount refunded. I have also contacted Dr Batra Homeopathy Clinic they said that the amount is non refundable and also called their head office but no satisfactory response from their side. I is therefore requested that the remaining amount of plan be discontinued and remaining amount be kindly got refunded
