My name is sarvesh santosh bendre. My cousin sister sharvari rajesh bendre was having hair treatment at dr. Batra's clinic. She took one year course then doctor hetal ask her to do blood test, after reports arrived she ask her to do more test, listening to her she completed all test. After completing all test dr. Hetal ask her to do further medications, but looking towards that reports and her further decision, my uncle was not satisfied and was not able to continue treatment he decided and ask dr. Batra's clinic (Sion branch) to stop his transaction as he don't want to continue treatment over there.
After calling many times dr. Batra's clinic receptionist somehow attended my uncle's call, my uncle requested her to stop each and every transaction onwards but she suggested to talk with bajaj finance company as transaction was deal through bajaj finance company. Bajaj finance company also did the same thing even their receptionist was not attending the call after doing atleast 20-21 times one of the receptionist received the call and when my uncle ask her to stop his transaction she told that she needs a doctor advisory mail. So again my uncle tried calling to dr. Hetal she received the call at that time (On 2nd september) and said that she will mail. But today in the morning my uncle again received message that amount has been deducted through his bank for dr. Batra's treatment. So my uncle again called her but now today she said that she haven't cancel or given any advisory note to bajaj finance for cancelling the payment and said she has to complete all the course anyhow. My uncle ask her to give head office contact no. But she refused him, she said that there's no any head office of dr. Batra's clinic and there is no any contact no. My uncle told that this is wrong and will go to consumer complaint so she said go anywhere you want no one can do anything to me. Even my uncle said that he is going under financial crisis she refused to say anything. Sir please tell me what to do? I want answer and need to stop my uncle's payment and want refund of 2 months as my sister didn't go to treatment.
