I've started dr batra medicines 2 years back for excessive hairfall & dandruff reasons. Doctor consulted me to take one year medicine programme, i completed the same but got no results, again doctor asked me to take same again, after getting no results doctors asked me to go through the hair grow therapy which cost me appx 18, 000, again i've got no results, instead my head started looking more bald, everyone started saying you looking bald, now doctor asked me to take stmcell therapy, which cost me 31, 000 something i've completed 7 sessions and my head is now more empty and bald.
I belong to a middle class family and this money means me a lot and i've wasted so much money for my hairs and got no results. So it's my sincere request please refund my money at least for the last therapy i've opted. I'm left with 13 sessions and i don't want to continue the remaining sessions.

I have started treatment with dr batra's 1.5 yrs back, till now the condition is same, no improvement at all. I have given them around rs 35000/- till date which i want back, i can lodge a case with consumer court as well if required. They are not at all competent to treat patients, just making fool and sucking hard earned money.
Please suggest me how i can get refund of my amount.

I visited dr Batras in 2018 dec for hair and skin treatment, I also met with dr. Neha and Pinky. Dr. Neha at first was very sweet to me but as and when I said that I dont want this plan for one year because medicine does not suit me she said me that this is your problem and cibil record will be spoiled. the I paid 2000 cash and asked me take one year plan and remaining 18, 000 will be financed from bajaj finance ltd, i mailed them that medicine is not suiting they did not reply I called them and they forced me to visit clinic and asked me to meet head of the clinic, he forced me to take plan and said we can not cancel it bcz homeopathic medicine are so safe and cannpt harm anyone, though I felt dizziness and loss of appetite, instead of listening, my health problem they were worried about loan cancellation and they were forcing me to take plan and their service with medicine, today(13th July, 2019) I called again and asked them to refund amount to Bajaj as I have not taken any service from december itself from their clinic, they asked me to contact after sometime but did not do, . When on the final discussion with some dr in the clinic he denied to cancel loan as he said we can not then I asked to send him an email confirmation by saying that we cannot do they did not provide any written confirmation. I am not satisfied with the service and the way they handled this matter. I am getting calls from bajaj again n again even after denying for loan on the very first confirmation call by bajaj. then risk manager said provide dealer conformation and we will cancel it. but still Dr batras did not provide any. This is really misbehaving from their end. They are forcing and Bajaj threatening me for arrest and this is really a harassment matter now.
Could someone from batras look into this matter and provide me any kind of solution?

I am suffering from pcod since quite a few years. I started my treatment from dr. Batra green park in 2014 that lasted for 1 year. The treatment was complete and my ovary cyst reduced to an extent but not cured completely. Then again i started the treatment from panchsheel branch in 2018 and the results started declining rapidly. The size of my cysts which was around 8-9 cc is now 22-24 cc. This is regarding the case transfer request to dr. Batra's udaipur. I requested my case (Patient id:[protected] to be transferred to dr. Batra's bhopal, 3 months ago and it's not done yet. Also, i requested for my appointment at bhopal on 9th july 2019, which is also not fulfilled.
This is totally unacceptable as my payments have been made in full and yet i'm unable to get my medicines on time from the clinic.
They keep blaming it on the it department but it's been 3 months now. The dr. Batra's udaipur clinic have been very ignorant to my problem. They did not coordinate with the bhopal clinic.
Kindly take actions as soon as possible.

We have visited your preet vihar delhi branch on 22/06/2019. We met dr neha she explained that dr batra give complete treatment for all your needs problems and whatever you required, our fee is 16000 annually & 11000 for 6 months
And in 16000 package we provide you treatment, medicines and all.
Again we have visited on 30/06/2019 after discussed with our family We have taken one year plan
Made payment by bajaj finance after payment Dr pinky consulted us. Dr pinky asked us do many questions related to our nature moods behavior & motion but she didn't ask for what reason we came here.
Now she ordered to pack medicines to his assistant then I said maam have u gave medicines to me what I explained to you, she said No later on, again I requested please add medicines for my primary needs then she asked to assistant to give medicine for that particular disease.
And one of my known also went with me she has also taken 1 year plan, her face is full of spots n totally damaged at the time of consulting with Dr neha, she explained we do also face peeling hair treatment in just 16000 plan with all medicines.
But Dr pinky said for peeling treatment you have to pay 14000 more and she prescribed us do many medicines to buy from their store apart of those 16000 payment.
We understood that would happened in that clinic but at the time of consultation Dr neha explained all these things clearly, we do not give peeling treatment we do not give all medicines if she explained we do not go there again because we are from middle class family and can't afford such type of costly treatment.
She has misguide us, we have also complain to your customer care department on 02/07/2019 he asked within 48 hrs we give respond to you with solutions of your query but we haven't received any call from your side. Finally we don't want any treatment by you whatever medicines you have given, we haven't opened it.
Kindly return our money ASAP, we can't afford you.

Dear team,

I booked an appointment in dr. Batra’s kanpur clinic and here below is my experience:

1.) had appointment at 4:00pm, but i had to wait for 1:30hrs for doctors consultation. I agreed to take the medication and paid initial amount inr4000 and asked to come for second appointment which would take an hour at max.
2.) i took another appointment on call at 12:00pm as i was told that there would not be any rush or delay this time. I had my train reservation at 3:00pm followed by my flight. I kept waiting for an hour and when doctor arrived another patient was allowed first. When i raised concern then staff blamed on call center team that it’s their fault and their is lack of coordination. Since i have moved out of india now and i won’t be here soon so i need my money to be refunded asap as i wanted the treatment but i couldn’t take it due to unprofessional and no respect to time attitude of staff.

Kindly help me and get my money refunded.

I am my mother took medicine from your outlet at chandigarh.

Since after taking the medicines our both sugar level have increased drastically.

When I told the doctor about this they changed my medicine to liquid but that was also of no use .

I have stopped taking medicine and refund my money at earliest.

I have all records of sugar increase aith me, i will file case in consumer court if i didn't get a refunds from you.

My patient code is[protected] and I registered for the treatment o[censored]rticaria on 28th June 2018 for a period of 6 months. During that period I was getting better. Just before the course was about to finish the condition repeated. Hence I renewed my treatment in the month of December for another 6 months. Now I'm on the last month of the course and the allergy is back again. I have to take extra anti allergic tablets for the same. I don't understand why after paying so much money my condition is not cured. And why only when the course is about to finish the allergy comes back. The doctor I was consulting is also on maternity leave. Whereas she asked me to consult the other doctor. But when I called the clinic nobody answered my calls or called me back. I want a resolution to this. Either you refund my money or cure me free of cost.

I have cancelled my treatment with the Dr Batra Noida clinic. But still i am getting EMI email or MSG from the Bajaj Finance for the pay my pending EMI.
So if i have already closed my treatment then why should i pay.

I have dropped email to Noida Batra team "20 March 2019" but still is going on.

My name is minakshi. I am taking treatment from dr. Batra’s positive healthcare clinic pvt ltd. B-1/517 a first floor, above kotak mahindra bank near janakpuri district centre, janakpuri, new delhi -110058. My treatment is regarding skin itching problem, hair loss and thyroid. I visited the clinic in last month i. E. May 2019. I filled the registration form and paid 450 rs. Which is non-refundable. Firstly i met a dr. Abhilash; i shared my all problems to the dr. And i told him to cure me immediately. He gave me medicine for one week. He told me about dr. Batra’s treatment package. But, the problem had been increased and i had to take english medicines. After one week i visited to the clinic, i noticed that all the staffs and dr. Were changed there. I asked about dr. Abhilash to the staff, he told that he doesn’t work here. I met a new dr. Alka; again i shared all my problems to her. Then she told me about dr. Batra’s packages which were totally different from previous package. Dr. Alka recommended me hair grow packages, hvt. That time i was in terrible condition, i was suffering from itching problem& thyroid problem very badly. So, i purchased their annual package that costs 32, 160 rs. I paid this amount in emi through bajaj finserv. Again dr. Alka recommended about batra’s products like shampoo, conditioner, oil serum and nutri grow for hair loss, and then i paid again approx. 2200 rs. For these products. She gave me medicine for one week and told to meet after one week. My problem was increasing day by day and the batra’s products were not suited to me. My hair loss increased at extreme level even more than before. After one week i visited clinic again and noticed that all staffs and doctors were changed. I met the different dr. Sangita. I told again my all problems and also about their products then she told me that is external and again she gave me medicine for four weeks and told to meet after one week. Again i visited there and saw that all staffs were changed. That day i met dr. Alka and told her about their product defective problem and my neck pain problem that is increasing continuously. She told me to stop to use these products and use whichever you want and again she gave me another medicine for four weeks. Meanwhile there is no any improvement in my condition even my problem has been increased continuously much more than before. These medicines don’t suit me. I had pain in my neck then i had to take english medicine. So, i decided to cancel my package of dr. Batra and want to discontinue my treatment. I called in janakpuri branch, told them about all problems. She told i will let you know after half an hour but she didn’t give me any response back till three days. After that i visited the clinic again and noticed all staffs were changed. I requested to manager vijaya to cancel my package and do my refund. She told me to talk to dr. Alka; i met dr. Alka and talked about my package cancellation. I shared all problems especially neck pain then she told that you have not told me about your neck problem before. She advised to change medicines but i refused to take the medicines and requested for package cancellation and do my refund. She shouted on me and her behaviour was so rude. She refused to cancel and refund my package. She sent me to the manager vijaya, she told me to write an application regarding package cancellation and your refund as well and also told that your refund will be from mumbai head office. I told her to give me receiving of the application; she refused to do the same. So that i requested her to mail my application to head office. A staff member rishabh bhargava sent the mail from [protected]@drbatras.com to [protected]@drbatras.com ; both the ids are of janakpuri branch. My problem has not been forwarded to the head office. I am already in depression from my health issues and very disappointed from all these things happened to me in dr. Batra’s centre. The staffs and doctors behaviour were so rude. My health issues are increasing day by day so i want my treatment from other hospital.
So i kindly request you to please resolve my issue and do my refund. Do stop my emi payments. I have need of money; i am unable to pay more money.
I am waiting for your positive response. I have lost all my hopes from dr. Batra’s treatment.

This is about dr batra, mira road branch. I, mrs laxmi dhanuka, taking treatment for psoriasis from past 2years has not been treated accordingly.
Before homeopathy, i was taking allopathy treatment. They assured me that within 6-7months i'll get ride of my allopathy medicines and the disease will be under control. But even after 2years, i'm still dependent on allopathy medicines and they're not able to control the disease, which in fact is worse than before joining here. At present i'm at very bad condition and doctor prakash jha has raised his hands and has told me to approach back to allopathy. And when i asked for an appointment with senior doctor, they didn't respond to it.
I'm very much disappointed with your treatment and system.
I hope at least here i'll get an appropriate response.

I went dr batras for hair lose problem and consulted with dr. And she refered me for growth treatment and i had paid amount.. And i started my treatment for a while and i lose more hair and very gap on my scalp... I had very bad worst experience with dr batra's. Poor response from team they aren't able to treat like customers..
Requesting for refund my amount. I have been payed 30000/-..

Since then i have seen no control in my hairfall.
A lot of dandruff has increased after 3 months of treatment.
Black pigmentation had started to develop on my cheeks after 4 months of treatment
Somehow i have got the pigmentation removed to about 60%.
So i dont want yo continue my treatment
Kindly refund my balance amount".

This was the complaint iih had done earlier.
I was told to visit the office where treatment was being done.
I did so and was asked to send mail yo chc bhopal.
I received a pjone call regarding repayment in the month of february.
I gave my bank details.
But still i have not received my payment.

Kindly give a justified reason for the delay and the time by which i m going to receive my refund.
I will wait for the next 15 days.

My wife ms. Kamlesh chhabra, (Id.[protected] was having high bp. (150-90) and was taking allopathic medicine. Besides this she was taking thyroxin 100 and was feeling very weak. We consulted dr. Batra at preet vihar centre and the doctors convinced us that within 6 months my wife's problems will be cured.

They assured us that after taking medicine from dr. Batra her bp will return to normal and her thyroid problem will be cured and her weakness which was due to taking allopathic medicines will go away. She will not have to depend on allopathic medicines after 6 months.

After much convincing they were able to sell us their plan of one year.

On 14th june 2016, i took one year plan for my wife's treatment and started taking dr. Batra's homeopathic medicines regularly. Even after taking 6 months of medicine there seemed no improvement. They told us that homeopathic medicine takes time and that we should have some patience. We carried on with the medicine.

The plan of one year was about to elapse and there was no improvement whatsoever.in the meantime a new problem arose - hair fall.

When i told them that at the time of taking the plan you had assured us about the improvement but there is no improvement, their reply was that in the beginning the symptoms generally aggravate with homeopathic medicine but with time the symptoms will subside and she will show improvement. They again convinced us to take another plan with assurance that my wife will be cured of her previous ailments and her hairfall.

How did they convince us to take further plan?
1. They gave us discount.
2. They told us that from now onwards they will have a conference with their head office doctors in mumbai who will definitely cure my wife's bp. And thyroid problem.
3. They told us that they will give us sessions for her hair fall problem.

Ultimately, on june 2017 we had no option but to take a 2 years plan.

My wife had her hair fall sessions but the result was again - no improvement whatsoever. The doctor had around 3-4 conferences with a doctor in mumbai but again the result was - no improvement.

Now, we have left all hope on homeopathy (Of dr. Batra). She is taking allopathic medicine as usual. Our dream of stopping the allopathic medicines (Which dr. Batra's doctors made us dream) has ended only after losing our precious and hard earned amount of rs. 32000/ and of course our valuable time. Our plan has not elapsed, but since the last 6-8 months we have stopped going to dr. Batra's clinic.
When i searched the web i found that there are many like us who were trapped and have filed cases in consumer court.

Now i am forced to take legal action against dr. Batra.

I was asked to pay 25000 for 2 years in the name of hair treatment but the treatment was hardly given to me for 9 months. When i complained to dr rincy after 6 months that there is no improvement than they changed the doctor and said the treatment given to you was wrong and we are really sorry but we will adjust this in future by extending your treatment.
Now again after 3 months that new doctor daniel disappeared and they are fixing my appointment with a new doctor. After requesting again and again to kumaresh in koramangala branch, bangalore to call dr daniel but unfortunately there was no appointment set up with the same doctor.
My treatment started on april 15, 2018 and somehow they managed to dragged it till january 2019. Requesting my money back which i already paid till april 14, 2020.
