Been in the treatment of skin for almost six months now. No signs of improvement, not even 0.5%. On the other side its going worse and worse day by day, with increasing cuts and bleeding. On top of that they joke around about the patient in a room which i heard by passing by their cabins and unfortunately we were the topic of their laughter. This is to the core unprofessional.
Doctors are performing trial and error method. I am discontinuing my treatment with dr. Bhatra and want my money to be refunded. Refund process was not explained to us at the time of form fillimg. Its ok if you deduct some amount and refund the remaining.
Very unhappy with their approach and treatment.

This is really bad i was going thru the skin treatment from dr batra paid almost 30k its been 8-10mths i dont see any results of my skin they are just using steroids and making things worse day by day i want my refund back. No one should go for treatment from dr batra he s the worst homeopathic dr.. Every time when my husband visited the clinic dr manisha pathak kept giving hopes that it will be fine but i just coudnt see any positive sign and im just wasting my time and money on it please refund my money

I have paid Rs.40, 000 for hair.doctirs cooked up some nice stories and showed up some beautiful pictures.after 6 month didn't get even single hair still saying same old story that u will get it.please never ever go to dr. batra played with middle class people kind of junk institute.will lodge consumer complaint aginest them and don't use their products...

I am receiving continues calls from dr batra (Almost 4 calls in an hour) from different numbers and the call is redirected to ivr automatically.
I have not registered my number in any of dr batra's website but have been continuously harassed by these phone calls.
I found couple of similar complaints against dr batra and request the consumer forum to take strict action against the company for disturbing people.

My son has started the medicine 10 months back for skin problem and batras had taken 2 years payment in advance. But till last week there was no improvement, even though their skin has more issues. So we have decided that we won't continue the medicine further more. We have request to the batra center that to refund the amount but still they have not refunded my amount. Kindly look in this matter and resolve the refund issue as soon as possible.

I underwent a treatment for hair growth and scalp infection which showed remarkable results initially for six to eight months. As time for renewal fees started getting nearer, it started getting back to the same as it was initially, to extract more money out of the patient, not giving emphasis on doctor's ethics. Now after completion of one year of treatment, my problem is exactly the same where it started and the company tells me to register for one more year to resolve.

I have opted for 1 year hair treatment plan. I am not finding it useful.. They just give some medicines. But no progress. Also they told that they would provide test reports of my saliva tests and then treat accrodingly. But i didn't receive any report. I was transferred from bangalore to pune. I always try to connect to bangalore kfc office to get reports. But i never reach them. Pune office guys ask me to contact bangalore office and get the report, which is really frustrating. They should manage the transfer properly. I have been given medicines without any report and it has been 6 months with no reports. I would like to get my money back.

I have been using your medicines from dr batra in chandighar in last 1.5 years. Seriously, these medicines are useless. It feels like i am consuming homeopathy medicines. There is not even an 0.001% progress. This is the last warning to you. Either change your doctors and medicines or i will end your plan. Useless medicine, no effect and waste of money.

My daughter having the issue of white patches. We have taking treatment since 5 years. They are useless doctors and every six months doctors will change. No superior doctors interfere/ investigation. They are bothered about money only not for customer. I am going to claim in consumer forum for wasting my time of 5 years and money.
They are not understanding customer complaint sensitivity

My name is sarvesh santosh bendre. My cousin sister sharvari rajesh bendre was having hair treatment at dr. Batra's clinic. She took one year course then doctor hetal ask her to do blood test, after reports arrived she ask her to do more test, listening to her she completed all test. After completing all test dr. Hetal ask her to do further medications, but looking towards that reports and her further decision, my uncle was not satisfied and was not able to continue treatment he decided and ask dr. Batra's clinic (Sion branch) to stop his transaction as he don't want to continue treatment over there.
After calling many times dr. Batra's clinic receptionist somehow attended my uncle's call, my uncle requested her to stop each and every transaction onwards but she suggested to talk with bajaj finance company as transaction was deal through bajaj finance company. Bajaj finance company also did the same thing even their receptionist was not attending the call after doing atleast 20-21 times one of the receptionist received the call and when my uncle ask her to stop his transaction she told that she needs a doctor advisory mail. So again my uncle tried calling to dr. Hetal she received the call at that time (On 2nd september) and said that she will mail. But today in the morning my uncle again received message that amount has been deducted through his bank for dr. Batra's treatment. So my uncle again called her but now today she said that she haven't cancel or given any advisory note to bajaj finance for cancelling the payment and said she has to complete all the course anyhow. My uncle ask her to give head office contact no. But she refused him, she said that there's no any head office of dr. Batra's clinic and there is no any contact no. My uncle told that this is wrong and will go to consumer complaint so she said go anywhere you want no one can do anything to me. Even my uncle said that he is going under financial crisis she refused to say anything. Sir please tell me what to do? I want answer and need to stop my uncle's payment and want refund of 2 months as my sister didn't go to treatment.

Some child from my family has clicked by mistake on the advertisement or link shown on the screen after that i'm getting too much calls i have told them that it was done by mistake but then too they are disturbing me too much and i don't want to get any advertisement on my phone or number

So please solve my problems and stop calls from doctor clinic

I had started my homeopathy treatment at dr. Batra's - sector 18, noida on 10th august 2019. I don't want to continue any further as i am getting results by home remedy and want the refund of the treatment package amount. It is a 6 months package of 11, 500/- for the therapy and doctor appointment. I have not even used the dr. Batra's services for 1 month. Refund my amount.

We went to dr. Batras on 1st aug 2019 as i had recently got some skin problem and my daughter for her acne, filled the registration form and paid 450 each. The doctor said that i should take a package because it could turn into a more serious problem so we did that it costed 18000 and for my daughter it costed 15000. I didn’t have the money then so i said i will pay them tomorrow but they said that i should at least deposit something so i deposited[protected] each). They gave us 7 days medicine and told us they would do call us for saliva test. Next day i got a call from them asking to deposit the whole money i said i will come as the next day as it was raining heavily the present day but they forced that i should deposit the money the same day as it will only delay the treatment so we did deposit the money that day when doctor said it was a simple skin allergy which the previous day was something very serious we didn’t get any call from them for saliva test and the medicine they gave increased my irritation and i felt sleepy the whole time. The medicine further increased my pain as i was already suffering a lot. So we decided to take our refund, when we asking for refund they clearly denied the staff was laughing as i was expressing my problem after talking to the doctor the agreed to refund but said they will deduct[protected] each) and said to write an application and the money will come after 20-30 days in the account which we still hadn’t received. But i also want my 4000 as the main treatment didn’t even started and we didn’t sign any form other than the registration form that said that money won’t be refunded. So i want my full amount refunded[protected]+15000). Please so something

Hi Dr. Batras. Myself Satyanarayana, I have visited Dr Batras secunderabad in the month of April 2019, for grow hair treatment. However after 1st visit n taking those pellets I had severe headache n so I discontinued it's use. Since then I never visited Dr Batras however they received full payment from Bajaj Finance. When approached Dr. Padma she denied to pay back my amount of 32k and told to go with other treatment plans. As of now I am very worried and would not like to go with treatment and want my money back. No one is responding even after multiple requests. Please let me know how soon can the issue be resolved or should I proceed legally. My contact Number [protected]..

I am kaushiki and i went to dr batras clinic jadavpur, kolkata for treating my hairloss, under dr dipayan das. I did a three year programme. There is no improvement at all. I have wasted my 27, 000. I am disappointed verymuch with my hair condition. I recommend everyone not to go there and waste your money. I wish i had never gone there. All my hard earned money is gone

I've started dr batra medicines 2 years back for excessive hairfall & dandruff reasons. Doctor consulted me to take one year medicine programme, i completed the same but got no results, again doctor asked me to take same again, after getting no results doctors asked me to go through the hair grow therapy which cost me appx 18, 000, again i've got no results, instead my head started looking more bald, everyone started saying you looking bald, now doctor asked me to take stmcell therapy, which cost me 31, 000 something i've completed 7 sessions and my head is now more empty and bald.
I belong to a middle class family and this money means me a lot and i've wasted so much money for my hairs and got no results. So it's my sincere request please refund my money at least for the last therapy i've opted. I'm left with 13 sessions and i don't want to continue the remaining sessions.

I have started treatment with dr batra's 1.5 yrs back, till now the condition is same, no improvement at all. I have given them around rs 35000/- till date which i want back, i can lodge a case with consumer court as well if required. They are not at all competent to treat patients, just making fool and sucking hard earned money.
Please suggest me how i can get refund of my amount.

I visited dr Batras in 2018 dec for hair and skin treatment, I also met with dr. Neha and Pinky. Dr. Neha at first was very sweet to me but as and when I said that I dont want this plan for one year because medicine does not suit me she said me that this is your problem and cibil record will be spoiled. the I paid 2000 cash and asked me take one year plan and remaining 18, 000 will be financed from bajaj finance ltd, i mailed them that medicine is not suiting they did not reply I called them and they forced me to visit clinic and asked me to meet head of the clinic, he forced me to take plan and said we can not cancel it bcz homeopathic medicine are so safe and cannpt harm anyone, though I felt dizziness and loss of appetite, instead of listening, my health problem they were worried about loan cancellation and they were forcing me to take plan and their service with medicine, today(13th July, 2019) I called again and asked them to refund amount to Bajaj as I have not taken any service from december itself from their clinic, they asked me to contact after sometime but did not do, . When on the final discussion with some dr in the clinic he denied to cancel loan as he said we can not then I asked to send him an email confirmation by saying that we cannot do they did not provide any written confirmation. I am not satisfied with the service and the way they handled this matter. I am getting calls from bajaj again n again even after denying for loan on the very first confirmation call by bajaj. then risk manager said provide dealer conformation and we will cancel it. but still Dr batras did not provide any. This is really misbehaving from their end. They are forcing and Bajaj threatening me for arrest and this is really a harassment matter now.
Could someone from batras look into this matter and provide me any kind of solution?

This is regarding the case transfer request to dr. Batra's udaipur. I requested my case (Patient id:[protected] to be transferred to dr. Batra's bhopal, 3 months ago and it's not done yet. Also, i requested for my appointment at bhopal on 9th july 2019, which is also not fulfilled.
This is totally unacceptable as my payments have been made in full and yet i'm unable to get my medicines on time from the clinic.
They keep blaming it on the it department but it's been 3 months now. The dr. Batra's udaipur clinic have been very ignorant to my problem. They did not coordinate with the bhopal clinic.
Kindly take actions as soon as possible.

Dear concerns
We have visited your preet vihar delhi branch on 22/06/2019. We met dr neha she explained that dr batra give complete treatment for all your needs problems and whatever you required, our fee is 16000 annually & 11000 for 6 months
And in 16000 package we provide you treatment, medicines and all.
Again we have visited on 30/06/2019 after discussed with our family We have taken one year plan
Made payment by bajaj finance after payment Dr pinky consulted us. Dr pinky asked us do many questions related to our nature moods behavior & motion but she didn't ask for what reason we came here.
Now she ordered to pack medicines to his assistant then I said maam have u gave medicines to me what I explained to you, she said No later on, again I requested please add medicines for my primary needs then she asked to assistant to give medicine for that particular disease.
And one of my known also went with me she has also taken 1 year plan, her face is full of spots n totally damaged at the time of consulting with Dr neha, she explained we do also face peeling hair treatment in just 16000 plan with all medicines.
But Dr pinky said for peeling treatment you have to pay 14000 more and she prescribed us do many medicines to buy from their store apart of those 16000 payment.
We understood that would happened in that clinic but at the time of consultation Dr neha explained all these things clearly, we do not give peeling treatment we do not give all medicines if she explained we do not go there again because we are from middle class family and can't afford such type of costly treatment.
She has misguide us, we have also complain to your customer care department on 02/07/2019 he asked within 48 hrs we give respond to you with solutions of your query but we haven't received any call from your side. Finally we don't want any treatment by you whatever medicines you have given, we haven't opened it.
Kindly return our money ASAP, we can't afford you.
