Firstly i want to mention that the service provided was not at all satisfactory, a reputed name of dr batra's clinic in market,
And paid 37250, for the stem cell therapy and homeopathy treatment for hair, in this period of 6 months
I have not gone thorough any session of stem cell therapy, the times your people call me for the appointment
I was not available and at times i have called for the appointment you had some problem in your clinic
Doctor is on leave, your technician is not available, or power problem even i have informed at the reception that if you have other
Place where i can go and have the therapy but there promise me to call and let me know but no use
No response from you guys
Now its been long time that i have awaited so i want to withdraw from the treatment
And please provide me the money back.
I don't want to continue any more.

I am souvik nan, patient id[protected]. I took package of 16000 for hair fall control as well as stem cell worth 25600 from dr. Batras ultadanga clinic kolkata. The package of hair fall control was for one year and every month i had to visit the clinic. Now it's all most four months i am taking this treatment, didn't get any result and i am moving away from kolkata so i want to discontinue the service hence want refund. I m not asking whole 16000, but it was for 12 month and i have only taken service for four months hence i request you to kindly refund the money for remaining 8 months.

I have also paid 25600 for stem cell which hasn't started yet and i also will not be able to take stem cell service as i will not be in town for next few years and also i am not interested to take the service. I have paid them 25600 through bajaj finance and paid first three installments. I requested tem to refund the money and to stop the installments but they said dr. Batras doesn't have any refund policy.

It is my humble request to you to kindly stop the rest installments and refund the earlier three installments which i have paid.

Being a consumer i believe i have the full right to get refund for the services which i haven't taken.

I have taken two different course (Dont know their exact names, u can check details from your side). First course was completed in one year. There was no improvemnt in my hair fall even after one year. So i have just wasted my one year as well as money of first course on your treatment.

My second course has not even started and i dont even want to start it.
I want complete refund of my amount which i paid for second course.

I visited dr. Batra sec9 chandigarh on 14th aug 2017. There the doctor said that i am having hyperhidrosis problem and that is due to anxiety. Firstly i was made assurance that i have a serious problem and it has to be cured immediately.
Then they made me to pay ₹13500. After that they made me to consult the doctor
The doctor i consulted was dr. Bhavneet kaur and she was like completely ignorant to my problem. That was after i paid the money.
She was typing everything i was saying and i didnt find resolve to my problems. I was given medicine for a month and told to come back.
They told me that i have anxiety problem which was completely wrong. Medicines are not doing any effect as i dont suffer from any anxiety problem. They also said that this is a psychologic problem and dr. Batra is best at fixing this.
All fake promises and all lies.
Now, i need my refund. I have taken medicine for only a month and rest i haven't taken yet.
I called their costumer no and they are saying that they never refund.
And also said that costumers are coming for refund due to financial problems and thats not their fault.
I just need my money back after any deductions for a month medicine. I need money back for the medicines and the appointments which i have not taken yet.

I am ashish singh patent code 824115. It was promised that psoriasis will be cure in 6 months time but you have to take treatment for three years for complete solutions. Now it has more than two years situation is as it is even going worse. I asked dr ritu vats janakpuri delhi branch for review with some experience doctor but same has not arrange on last 4 months. I feel cheated i want my money back please do the needful on priority other wise i have to take some legal action against this cheating.

Hello sir/madam myself vikas from bellary i am been taking treatment in dr. Batras since 8 months sry i don’t know my patience id the treatment given by dr ashutosh is good & mr. Rishab he is man who done my grow hair treatment also here is one problem for me since last two months back i gone to clinic for taking shampoo there was no stock in clinic & i was going to dubai @ that time but i was adjusted for that not aging shampoo & i have ordered shampoo also till now shampoo not came to bellary almost 3 months over shampoo not came to bellary was they r saying we r ordered already sir but ur not sending their shampoo seriously i am very angry on this matter my hairs started dandruff again i was adjusted to the batras shampoo but now for no reason i m using another shampoo my hairs again started hair losing now who is the responsible??? & one more thing when i was gone to dubai that time my appointment was there but i was not in india i missed my appointment before going to dubai i said that i will take appointment on other day but they not at all called me to take the appointment after coming back to india this is so bad that they r not taking care of there patient & last month also i was gone to take my appointment so on that day doctor was on leave so i thought i will take appointment on next day but also same again they r not made reschedules of appointment & not called me to take consultation of doctor i was waiting that they will call me for appointment but they not called me this is so bad that they r not taking care of there patients in bellary batras clinic totally worst people working expect doctor... Doctor is good. So please see that all should be going in a right way & one more thing please see that shampoo send early this is my request i am loosing my hairs again i have spent so almost 40, 000/- for this treatment but again i am loosing my hairs because of no shampoo please reply to my msg please see that it wont be repeated to other patients

I had visited dr. Batra's chandkheda (Orange mall) branch of ahmedabad.

There is fungal infection on my neck & due to which there are black/dark brown spots are visible on neck.

As per the dr. This needs to be cured by 1 month of cost & will not occur again if i do 6 month course.

However it's been almost a month & i have seen no improvment infact problem is increasing day by day.

2500 is huge cost for a month course & its not pleasent feeling to spend high amount & not getting benefit.

I opted for hair care treatment completed one year course not got good result still on doctor's request again paid for one more year but after again 1-2 months when the results were not satisfactorily i stopped visited their centre and taking medicines and asked them for refund but have not received any thing from them. After searching over internet i am finding that there are many person who feel being cheated. I am not asking for full refund of the fees but just asked them to refund for those month when i didn't took any medicine and discontinued taking their medication.

Last year i went for hair transplant from dr batras panchsheel clinic delhi, i was assured by dr arpit that surgery would be done properly. But they didn't. During the surgery i informed the surgeon, dr tushar, that you have not made hairline clear. He said you already have hairs on that part and bcz of razor it's shaved. Later on i messaged him that the left place has no hairs, he said wait for sometime (I have screenshot of chat). Now i all staff has left and new staff is not listening. I raised concern with miss/mrs taniksha who is also not responding. No one is replying to emails. Other than this 3 years back i took homeopathic treatment from dr batras chennai they also took a lot of money but no results. Then i paid 4-5 times more in surgery but they didn't do that properly too.. I feel like it was my biggest mistake to visit dr batras.
I don't how to deal with it. Can anyone pls help.

Hi sir,

I started hair control solution from dr batra's clinic (Delhi preet vihar) 3 months ago. I had paid some amount in cash and for balance amount they started bajaj finance emi plan.

Treatment results are 0%. Nothing improvement at all. They are making fool, just making money from fake promise, initial few meetings i didn't even meet doctor.

So i request to stop my hair treatment and stop deducting the amount from my bank account.

I am taking treat ment from preet vihar clinic since 2015 i have spent a huge amont of 50000 still they didn't able to heal my hair loss they are making fool always by saying that your hair are stble cheaters all are cheaters they cant do anything always demand for money in the form hair gro treatment sessions and hvt therapy i have taken all these treatments but then also they are unable to solve my problem dnt trust them any more dnot go to batra all they are fraud they all should be fined heavily by the court or there business should be closed. As per the advertisements and emails received, i went to dr batra's janakpuri, new delhi clinic for hairfall problem on 18th july 2017. Dr batra's advised some medicines for the same and they forced me to take the annual subscription for 11500/- without knowing about my other health problems like high blood pressure, etc and they also assure me that you would get benefit after taking the medicine for one month.
But, after taking the medicine for one month hairfall situation got worsen as more and more hair started falling. Also, my other health problems like high blood pressure getting affected.
Now, i don't want to take the medicine as i paid the money 11, 500 inr/- for a one year, i want the refund and money back as i used their medicine for just one month. Please do the refund.

My son is 4 yrs. Old just started treatment of atopic dermatitis at preet vihar centre in delhi with patient id[protected]. Today i. E. 20/08/2017 our appointment was with dr. Manu bhalla and she prescribed medicine for one month and it is very very utter and shock that the medicine given to us was just sweet dry pills without any medicine extract/taste, is there any provision of checking pills? Bcz the pills are dry without any medicines extract and tasts sweet. Plz help me to take correct treatment as the condition of my son is going bad to worst or refund my full money i. E. Rs. 16, 000/- taken by them on 12/08/2017 at the earliest...

I have recently started the treatment for my hairloss and hair damage. On the day i had arrived for my first consultation i had received a lot of fake promises in terms of additional benefits such as hvt treatment. But just 1 month after starting the treatment the doctor herself refuses to remember any such claims made. I personally feel that the team at dr batra's kothrud pune is extremely unprofessional. There is absolutely no system of providing patient reminders. Only until i had payed the entire treatment fee i had received complete attention but after paying they immediately transferred my case to a different doctor who seemed amateur. If they claim to be such a big brand they need to get their system right.

My name is pratibha and i registered for acne treatment at dr. Batra's fatimanagar, pune clinic. I paid 15000/- on 14-july 2017 [patient id-969364].
I visited the clinic couple of times and taken medicine, face pack as suggested by the doctors. But i didn't see any improvement in first 15 days. Instead, i noticed that it was becoming more painful and also my facial skin started itching. Due to this i stopped taking any of the medicines and also stopped applying face pack. I also changed medicine in the second visit as per doctor's advice. But still condition didn't improve. So i decided to stop the treatment and want you to process the refund (Deducting first month's treatment/medicines cost).

I also have submitted written application for the same at the clinic to dr. Lata on 18-aug-2017. Also, sent email to [protected]@drbatras.com as well as to uday. [protected]@drbatras.com but never received any reply from anyone.
Instead of wasting time, please process the refund as soon as possible.

I am getting messages from dr batra's. The message states: "homeopathy from dr batra's. Treated 10 lac patients for hair loss, skin, allergies. Consult before its too late. For info give miss call [protected]". I keep on getting these messages on my number [protected]. Please remove me subscriber list as i am not interested. The messages come at odd times. It is causing inconvenience to me. The message does not give any option to unsubscribe. Ideally it should give the option to unsubscribe or if i want to receive such messages. The last message came on 22 august.

Hi its saurabh rai here. My patient id is[protected]. I am taking onr year treatment. I started my treatment from kochi clinic in feb 2017. Till july i was in kochi and took my treatment till july from kochi only. The doctor's really good there they treated me well and from feb 17 to july 17 i recovered a lot. My dr tenny vaidyanan assured me that in this one year treatment i will get completely healthy and recovered from the disease. After july i got posting in allahabad so i transfer my treatment case from dr batra's kochi clinic to allahabad clinic. And after that only my problem starts. Here doctor's are not professional. They are not treating me well. Once one of the doc said you have to take one more year treatment from here and it will cost 20k. I asked why? I asked still 5 months of my treatment is left and as per my previous dr i will 100 prrcent get recovered in onr year treatment only then why you are saying this? He said your previous dr knows nothing you will not get recovered in this rest 5 months treatment period. If you want your disease to be cured you must go for one more year treatment. He was saying this all things like he is threating me that if i will not take one more year tratment then he won't treat me properly in this 5 month treatment period which is still left. After this one thing i completly understand that he thinks only about money nothing else. He has also not given proper medicine for aug month to me like he intentionally wants me not to get treated in this remaining 5 months. Kindly look into this matter seriously and please instruct the dr of allahabad clinic to treat me well and try to healed me completely in reamaining 5months of treatment period.

Hi i'm eswar kumar i was from hyderabad... My customer id no 944994 in the branch of banjarahills hyderabad 500034 i have done the treatment at dr. Batra clinic banjarahills branch. They are charged me 10000 rs for 6 month's treatment but there is no result... It's waste of time and waste of money.
When i was consult the doctor in batras they suggested me i have to take the 6 months treatment then within a 6 months ur hair problem...

Its has been 2 months and i have got no results. After reviewing my condition, i have decided to stop my treatment, yet i have already paid 1 year fee.
