My son is 4 yrs. Old just started treatment of atopic dermatitis at preet vihar centre in delhi with patient id[protected]. Today i. E. 20/08/2017 our appointment was with dr. Manu bhalla and she prescribed medicine for one month and it is very very utter and shock that the medicine given to us was just sweet dry pills without any medicine extract/taste, is there any provision of checking pills? Bcz the pills are dry without any medicines extract and tasts sweet. Plz help me to take correct treatment as the condition of my son is going bad to worst or refund my full money i. E. Rs. 16, 000/- taken by them on 12/08/2017 at the earliest...

I did hair transplant from dr batra clinic (Shivranjani cross road, ahmedabad, gujarat) before 1.5 years ago. But still there isnt any 1% of growth on my hair.
I spend more than 1.5 lack rupees for this treatment. Every time i visit to that clicnic they suggest me new hair tonic. A very very bad experience from you guys. Dont cheat people like this. I want my money back. Can consumer help me in this.

I am still waiting for the reply.

Hi i'm eswar kumar i was from hyderabad... I have done the treatment at dr. Batra clinic somajiguda they are charged me 10000 rs for 6 month's treatment but there is no result... It's waste of time and waste of money.
When i was consult the doctor in batras they said within a 6 months ur hair problem will be solved... Then i started the treatment for alopecia... Still i suffer with the same problem... Even 1% i didn't get proper treatment...

And finally there doctor said again i have to take 1 year treatment...

First of all i would request anyone who wishes to be treated at dr batra, to rethink. I will share my hands on experience for their benefit. These so called doctors, who hardly know about the disease they are supposedly treating any better than the patient themselves. They seem to be following assumptions always. No scientific backing at all. I heard homeopathy is a science, but what i witnessed is far from it being the case. I had gone to the howrah branch. The head doctor (???), the bespectacled fat guy, was more of a business man than a doctor. He was eager to strike the deal at the earliest lest i should slip away. The longer the duration the better. He even made me afraid that my disease was spreading.in a panic i got hooked by them. They obtained post dated cheques upfront and ensured to get the money in 10 months. I got treated for more than 2.5 years, without a sign of improvement. Rather the symptoms deteriorated. I got tossed over from one half literate doc to another even worse. At last i stopped visiting them. I want these people close down their business. They are giving homeopathy a bad name. These people are such scoundrels, who make money out of people's misery. They are such worthless lot who are posing as doctors.

Whenever i visit your clinic i told them about it but result is zero. When i asked about my disease name, your doctor said we still don, t know. Even you don, t know the name of my problem then why doctor said to me to deposit next year fee. It was full waste of time and money. Myself, my wife & my daughter hv enrolled at Dr Batra's for treatment. But till now we hv not got any satisfactory result.
Earlier also we complained, at that time our case was transferred to connaught place branch of Dr. Batra under Dr Neha Yadav. But after some months Dr Neha Yadav quit & now our case was handled by Dr. Neha Vats. In a span of few months two doctors are changed. Whenever a new Dr comes she starts from scratch irrespective of what earlier Dr had prescribed.
New Doctors doesn't even know for what ailment we have enrolled at Dr. Batra, then how could they can cure us.
As not satisfied with the treatment we have stopped taking treatment from last month.
Please do the needful otherwise we will resort to consumer forums, newspapers, social media etc to solve our issue.

I have started my tratment for hair problem on 24 july. On 4/07/2017 i visit clinic to change my plane from monthly to yearly.
And i ask that i want to meat doctor bec i was having some problem and the test probided by dr bathras hair thickness test which was not done for my hair on my first visit.
When i ask to meat doctor cilinc person first says that. You should meat doctor after one month because medicine are same. Then i ask that i am having some problem and my thickness test is not done. Then they said that today doctor is not there.

The environment i watch in clinic telling me that doctor is there.

So, cilinc person was laying to me.
This type of service not expectd from dr batrash.
Earlier i was paning to suggest my relative as almost 20 relative are facing this problem but now i am not going to suggest them for dr batrash bec once u have paid money for package then u can not meat doctor from ur wish still i[censored] are facing some problem. You can meat doctor only when they wshish.
And this service will not like by any consumer.

And at last i request to pls mail the service provided me when i have chosen yearly package. Because i am not having trust on clinic person.
So pls send me service proided me.

In September when i was looking for a dermatologist for my mother skin dieseas kind of ring guard (Teenia) treatment.. through nett surf found Dr Batra clinic.. so all sudden i called and fixed an appointment for laxmi nagar clinic.. where i went along with my mother for her treatment. doctor advise for 12 month treatment with aprx 15k bugs same day notice same diesease i am also facing doctor advised its just beginning to me..since doctor assured after start medicine it will not get increase... and advised 10k for my treatment...

means 25k for my mother and myself..now to arrange 25k money was not easy for me hence doctor advise to take loan from Bajaj Finserv and can contiue for treatment..but no one has advise if we didnt get satisfy money can not be returnable...

but after took month medicine we didnt get any relief even that diesease increasing everyday whole over the body.

in the same month we went to doc clinic for check but doctor with whome we 1st met was not therw but another...to whome we again share all the history. and she advised to continue same treatment..but unfortunatly we were not satisfy.

I request you to please refund my money i cant waste 2.5k every month for bajaj finserv loan which is deducting from my account.

I m taking treatment from dr. Batras vapi clinic from last 9-10 months i have taken 1 year course but m not satisfied with results m taking skin n hair treatment but m very upset bcoz i have not seen any improvement, it's complete waste of money. After 2 month i will complete my 1 year then they will say thanku n bye bye but what about result n money i will not suggestingt this to anyone. I spoken to dr. N she said its normal sometimes it's taking more then 1 year so they r making us fool or what i don't no y they r promoting so much don't what's the prob.

There is no point in taking appointment in your clinic becoz everty time they make you wait for more then 1hr after you have taken an appointment.
Our time is precious as yours.
Why we have to wait every time after we have taken a proper appointment. Your management is worst, every one is casual in appoach, and behavior they do with us is horrible.

Please make some changes because after we have paid you our due yearly amount, then you treat us like as if you are meaningless.

With reference to captioned subject i (Patient code[protected] wish to inform you that i have availed hair fall control service of one year (Feb 2017_feb 2018) from your sion clinic. I didn't avail service after one month (Since march) due to getting some infection from service provided by clinic. Hence i discontinued and have requested for refund of same.in my earlier mail i have given all required details but despite my several requests they are showing deaf ears & till date no refunds have been posted in my account. Batra is a brand name, hence i don't wanna go for any legal process bcoz that would affect your brand name.

I completely hate the experience i had with dr. Batra's treatment. They pretend as if they are giving you the medication but the pills are blunt, without any medicine added to them. Always when i enquire they say it is a slow process of hair fall control, but they are just making money by constantly offering you different new therapies outcome of which is not even one works fine for you.

I was suffering from alopecia. Dr batra's promised me to cure it. Since 3 year i am taking the treatment and do the same as it was told by the doctor but that is proved to be completely useless now. All pathes were cured bt again new pathes has been started emersing. Even i was taking the medicine regularly. Now what should i do?

It is now diagnosed as lichen planus from other skin specialist. I am not interested to continue the treatment as i was wrongly diagnosed and treated for 2 months. I registered for hair fall issue and they offered me several schems and suggest to pay rs. 18, 000 for a year of treatment.
I use their products for more then 4 months, my hair condition getting worse even.
Now i decide to stop the treatment, they dont have any refund policy, they offer medicine which costs very few and they are running a cheating company and making money.
People are getting connected with this company rapidly, we must stop such companies in india.
Time to rais a voice against all such fraud companies.

Your team always ask me to talk to Dr. and they make a new story everytime, sometimes they tell medicine is working, sometimes they chang the medicine and its getting worse.

If you really wish to help me, do me a favour, return my money, I don't want any argument with your stuff.

If you cant, then please dont try anything and keep this process going.

I was suffering from hairfall, Dr. Batras promised to cure it. The medecines triggered psoriasis again which I had almost 1 year ago, that to a tiny patch. Since the last 10 months, they are pretending to treat psoriasis, which has proved to be completely useless till now. On top of that my hair fall has worsened. Every month they make up new stories and increase the time of treatment. Only excuses everytime. In my opinion, the homeopathy doctors who check up patients for 250/- does a better job treating than these money hungry people.

Worst doctors ever, only sweet pep talk, boasting about Dr. Batras achievements and false hopes is all they can provide.
