Hi sir,

I started hair control solution from dr batra's clinic (Delhi preet vihar) 3 months ago. I had paid some amount in cash and for balance amount they started bajaj finance emi plan.

Treatment results are 0%. Nothing improvement at all. They are making fool, just making money from fake promise, initial few meetings i didn't even meet doctor.

So i request to stop my hair treatment and stop deducting the amount from my bank account.

I am taking treat ment from preet vihar clinic since 2015 i have spent a huge amont of 50000 still they didn't able to heal my hair loss they are making fool always by saying that your hair are stble cheaters all are cheaters they cant do anything always demand for money in the form hair gro treatment sessions and hvt therapy i have taken all these treatments but then also they are unable to solve my problem dnt trust them any more dnot go to batra all they are fraud they all should be fined heavily by the court or there business should be closed. Its a humble reqest to all never take treatment from dr batra

Hi,

As per the advertisements and emails received, i went to dr batra's janakpuri, new delhi clinic for hairfall problem on 18th july 2017. Dr batra's advised some medicines for the same and they forced me to take the annual subscription for 11500/- without knowing about my other health problems like high blood pressure, etc and they also assure me that you would get benefit after taking the medicine for one month.
But, after taking the medicine for one month hairfall situation got worsen as more and more hair started falling. Also, my other health problems like high blood pressure getting affected.
Now, i don't want to take the medicine as i paid the money 11, 500 inr/- for a one year, i want the refund and money back as i used their medicine for just one month. Please do the refund.

Also, i had sent a mail regarding the refund to : [protected]@drbatras.com
But no one is responding. There should be refund policy.
Please do the needful.

Why u people are not resolving the below problem posted on 20/08/2017 on the same portal? Plz refund my money at the earliest otherwise i have no option left to approach consumer court...
My son is 4 yrs. Old just started treatment of atopic dermatitis at preet vihar centre in delhi with patient id[protected]. Today i. E. 20/08/2017 our appointment was with dr. Manu bhalla and she prescribed medicine for one month and it is very very utter and shock that the medicine given to us was just sweet dry pills without any medicine extract/taste, is there any provision of checking pills? Bcz the pills are dry without any medicines extract and tasts sweet. Plz help me to take correct treatment as the condition of my son is going bad to worst or refund my full money i. E. Rs. 16, 000/- taken by them on 12/08/2017 at the earliest...

I have recently started the treatment for my hairloss and hair damage. On the day i had arrived for my first consultation i had received a lot of fake promises in terms of additional benefits such as hvt treatment. But just 1 month after starting the treatment the doctor herself refuses to remember any such claims made. I personally feel that the team at dr batra's kothrud pune is extremely unprofessional. There is absolutely no system of providing patient reminders. Only until i had payed the entire treatment fee i had received complete attention but after paying they immediately transferred my case to a different doctor who seemed amateur. If they claim to be such a big brand they need to get their system right.

My name is pratibha and i registered for acne treatment at dr. Batra's fatimanagar, pune clinic. I paid 15000/- on 14-july 2017 [patient id-969364].
I visited the clinic couple of times and taken medicine, face pack as suggested by the doctors. But i didn't see any improvement in first 15 days. Instead, i noticed that it was becoming more painful and also my facial skin started itching. Due to this i stopped taking any of the medicines and also stopped applying face pack. I also changed medicine in the second visit as per doctor's advice. But still condition didn't improve. So i decided to stop the treatment and want you to process the refund (Deducting first month's treatment/medicines cost).

I also have submitted written application for the same at the clinic to dr. Lata on 18-aug-2017. Also, sent email to [protected]@drbatras.com as well as to uday. [protected]@drbatras.com but never received any reply from anyone.
Instead of wasting time, please process the refund as soon as possible.

I am getting messages from dr batra's. The message states: "homeopathy from dr batra's. Treated 10 lac patients for hair loss, skin, allergies. Consult before its too late. For info give miss call [protected]". I keep on getting these messages on my number [protected]. Please remove me subscriber list as i am not interested. The messages come at odd times. It is causing inconvenience to me. The message does not give any option to unsubscribe. Ideally it should give the option to unsubscribe or if i want to receive such messages. The last message came on 22 august.

Hi its saurabh rai here. My patient id is[protected]. I am taking onr year treatment. I started my treatment from kochi clinic in feb 2017. Till july i was in kochi and took my treatment till july from kochi only. The doctor's really good there they treated me well and from feb 17 to july 17 i recovered a lot. My dr tenny vaidyanan assured me that in this one year treatment i will get completely healthy and recovered from the disease. After july i got posting in allahabad so i transfer my treatment case from dr batra's kochi clinic to allahabad clinic. And after that only my problem starts. Here doctor's are not professional. They are not treating me well. Once one of the doc said you have to take one more year treatment from here and it will cost 20k. I asked why? I asked still 5 months of my treatment is left and as per my previous dr i will 100 prrcent get recovered in onr year treatment only then why you are saying this? He said your previous dr knows nothing you will not get recovered in this rest 5 months treatment period. If you want your disease to be cured you must go for one more year treatment. He was saying this all things like he is threating me that if i will not take one more year tratment then he won't treat me properly in this 5 month treatment period which is still left. After this one thing i completly understand that he thinks only about money nothing else. He has also not given proper medicine for aug month to me like he intentionally wants me not to get treated in this remaining 5 months. Kindly look into this matter seriously and please instruct the dr of allahabad clinic to treat me well and try to healed me completely in reamaining 5months of treatment period.

Hi i'm eswar kumar i was from hyderabad... My customer id no 944994 in the branch of banjarahills hyderabad 500034 i have done the treatment at dr. Batra clinic banjarahills branch. They are charged me 10000 rs for 6 month's treatment but there is no result... It's waste of time and waste of money.
When i was consult the doctor in batras they suggested me i have to take the 6 months treatment then within a 6 months ur hair problem will be solved... Then i started the treatment for alopecia... Still i suffer with the same problem... Even 1% also i didn't get proper result... When i went to batras for the first-time for treatment their is no hair after using the medicine there is no result...

And finally there doctor said again i have to take 1 year treatment...

I did hair transplant from dr batra clinic (Shivranjani cross road, ahmedabad, gujarat) before 1.5 years ago. But still there isnt any 1% of growth on my hair.
I spend more than 1.5 lack rupees for this treatment. Every time i visit to that clicnic they suggest me new hair tonic. A very very bad experience from you guys. Dont cheat people like this. I want my money back. Can consumer help me in this.

I am still waiting for the reply.

First of all i would request anyone who wishes to be treated at dr batra, to rethink. I will share my hands on experience for their benefit. These so called doctors, who hardly know about the disease they are supposedly treating any better than the patient themselves. They seem to be following assumptions always. No scientific backing at all. I heard homeopathy is a science, but what i witnessed is far from it being the case. I had gone to the howrah branch. The head doctor (???), the bespectacled fat guy, was more of a business man than a doctor. He was eager to strike the deal at the earliest lest i should slip away. The longer the duration the better. He even made me afraid that my disease was spreading.in a panic i got hooked by them. They obtained post dated cheques upfront and ensured to get the money in 10 months. I got treated for more than 2.5 years, without a sign of improvement. Rather the symptoms deteriorated. I got tossed over from one half literate doc to another even worse. At last i stopped visiting them. I want these people close down their business. They are giving homeopathy a bad name. These people are such scoundrels, who make money out of people's misery. They are such worthless lot who are posing as doctors.

Hello myself agrawal p.. I have been taking treatment at dr. Batra - jalgaon (Maharashtra) branch. I really feel very lucky to meet the best doctor in my life.
Before coming to dr. Batra i went to the many doctors but nobody even diagnose my case but when i visited to dr. Vishal (Dr. Batra clinic) he not only diagnose but treat me so confidently that i gain my health and my confidence too.

I am taking treatment from your malviya nagar jaipur clinic from may 2016. But there is no improvement in my condition. My situation is getting worst day by day. Whenever i visit your clinic i told them about it but result is zero. When i asked about my disease name, your doctor said we still don, t know. Even you don, t know the name of my problem then why doctor said to me to deposit next year fee. It was full waste of time and money. Now i feel it was a great mistake to take treatment from your clinic.

Myself, my wife & my daughter hv enrolled at Dr Batra's for treatment. But till now we hv not got any satisfactory result.
Earlier also we complained, at that time our case was transferred to connaught place branch of Dr. Batra under Dr Neha Yadav. But after some months Dr Neha Yadav quit & now our case was handled by Dr. Neha Vats. In a span of few months two doctors are changed. Whenever a new Dr comes she starts from scratch irrespective of what earlier Dr had prescribed.
New Doctors doesn't even know for what ailment we have enrolled at Dr. Batra, then how could they can cure us.
As not satisfied with the treatment we have stopped taking treatment from last month.
Please do the needful otherwise we will resort to consumer forums, newspapers, social media etc to solve our issue.

I have started my tratment for hair problem on 24 july. On 4/07/2017 i visit clinic to change my plane from monthly to yearly.
And i ask that i want to meat doctor bec i was having some problem and the test probided by dr bathras hair thickness test which was not done for my hair on my first visit.
When i ask to meat doctor cilinc person first says that. You should meat doctor after one month because medicine are same. Then i ask that i am having some problem and my thickness test is not done. Then they said that today doctor is not there.

The environment i watch in clinic telling me that doctor is there.

So, cilinc person was laying to me.
This type of service not expectd from dr batrash.
Earlier i was paning to suggest my relative as almost 20 relative are facing this problem but now i am not going to suggest them for dr batrash bec once u have paid money for package then u can not meat doctor from ur wish still i[censored] are facing some problem. You can meat doctor only when they wshish.
And this service will not like by any consumer.

And at last i request to pls mail the service provided me when i have chosen yearly package. Because i am not having trust on clinic person.

I m taking treatment from dr. Batras vapi clinic from last 9-10 months i have taken 1 year course but m not satisfied with results m taking skin n hair treatment but m very upset bcoz i have not seen any improvement, it's complete waste of money. After 2 month i will complete my 1 year then they will say thanku n bye bye but what about result n money i will not suggestingt this to anyone. I spoken to dr. N she said its normal sometimes it's taking more then 1 year so they r making us fool or what i don't no y they r promoting so much don't what's the prob.
