I had Paid money for the appointment later on, I canceled my appointment but they did not return my money. And they did not even reply to my messages. Appointment was booked on 22.05.2023 for the date 24.05.2023. On the same day, within a minutes after appointment I had cancelled the same. And, Notify the clinic but they did not take any action neither they response anything when I tried to reach out to them.

I don't want to pay any emi cost I don't want Dr batra services as I am not able to pay emi because the medicine cause me reactions and they were not agreeing to me when I said no i can't afford so they make me sit for half hour in the cabin to convince me to have there services I don't want your services as I got reaction because of the medicine

I had taken yearly package for my skin problem from Surat branch on 01st Nov 2022, since then I had been taking regular medicines suggested by Dr. Batra but there is no sign of relieve on the contrary, the problem has worsen. My self Dr Nilesh I have been in Dr Batra's as a consultant for 1 year
They terminated me and my retension amount also on hold. Company denied to give me my retension amount and giving meaningless excuses.
My employee I'd is 01356.
If I will not get my retention amount I will move legal and no support from HR team and also our mentor Dr harin Dani sir who is in Baroda clinic. I am very helpless. And I am in depression now. I am in trouble. And also not in good healthy condition. I will take support of local media and if not get my harden money of retension I will commit suicide and company will be responsible and HR team and our mentor Dr Harin Dani sir Dr rushi vyas sir no support from them... will do suicide I have no any way...

I am suffering from hair issue called alopecia areata, I was taking treatment from homeopathy treatment from my area, but I heard that Dr batra is the best they do miracles bla bla, that time also people told me it's all paid promotion but I trusted and paid 25 K without even thinking and had a full trust that will get recovered, but my condition was getting worst.. last month I went my dr I told them the same and told her that I have again started taking my doctor medicines as i had stopped because of Dr batra .. she was like you can check him for two months..but wanted to tell that you are suffering with scaring alopecia you will not get your hair back..why didn't they informed me while taking money that time they were surely in next three months you will see the difference bla bla, I was so happy.. see it's just a matter of talking I can also talk very nicely with people but where is that result..I have stopped taking medicine as doctor told you try other first.. I am very disappointed with the doctor Kankana Kalra.. she is not recommending anything I my self went for blood test CBC test because my family doctor asked me do that .In that I had b12 deficiency. She did not recommended for that also What type doctor they are .only pills they gave..same type of pills that are giving to everyone, they don't know how to treat? What are the alternative we have to follow, what diet will be good nothing... I want my money back if not 25 k please return my 12 k amount so that I can take another treatment.. I don't have so much money already multiple treatments are going on for me.

I was prescribed 2 medications for my stomach issues, but after taking the homeo medications my pain got worse, i asked the doctor to change my medications however he wants me to take medicine after food, still i have pain and my conditions got worse, i need a new medicine or another doctor to look into my case

I started skin treatment at Dr Batras Lokhandwala clinic, but even after about 3 months of treatment no changes are seen but the condition is worsen.
I want the refund, after deducting whatever was required for the treatment that's already been done.
Please do the needful as soon as possible. And resolve the issue .

I had an appointment at your Preet Vihar centre, New Delhi-110092 at 2.00 pm on 15.03.2023 for complaints of sleeplessness and related issues.The appointment was taken online for Dr.Ruchi Arora at the clinic.However, Dr.Neha Raghuwanshi attended the case and took history.She informed that I will have to take minimum package of 6 months for treatment which costs Rs.13500/- .She then got me registered with treatment fees of Rs.13500/- which I paid through my Credit card.The receptionist then informed that doctor's prescription is issued on 2nd visit. Dr.Neha then gave medicines for one week and pharmacist at clinic explained that 2 dose are to be taken daily during morning & evening. My health deteriorated after taking the 1st dose of medicine in the evening the same day with problems like vomiting, loose motions, chest burning, difficulty breathing which was due to negligent high dose of medicine given by Dr.Neha Raghuwanshi.
Further, Dr.Swecha Bishnoi misbehaved when I asked the procedure of refund of Treatment fees as treatment was not to be taken.
I hereby request that I don't want to take the treatment because of severe problems faced after taking single dose of medicine and request you to refund the treatment fees of Rs.13, 500/- charged by you at the earliest in the original source of payment.

I am taking treatment from doctor Batra since 2019 December for skin but till now I don't see any kind of improvement in my body and it is get worst then it was before. now there asking for renew package for 1 year again .what should I do now how many time I have to renew it even there is no visible improvement and it is get worst then it was. This problem is increased so much that it is very clear visible on my body either I want my money back which I have paid or do something about it I am really facing trouble.

I was suffering from hair fall due to dandruff so visited to Dr Batra's clinic Rewa on 13/02/2023 . They recommended me to take 1 year treatment plan of ₹ 11000/- and I purchased It .But Now I want to discontinue the treatment and want my complete remaining refund. Please change my 1 year treatment plan to ₹ 2500 monthly plan and give me my remaining rupees. I have emailed, tweeted, contacted to Clinic person and customer support but didn't get any satisfactory responses.

I am getting multiple spam calls from dr batras clinic for the past few days. I already told them that i am not interested in their services but sill I am getting calls from different numbers.
Please kindly take some action and unsubscribe me as soon as possible.
