I am shikha kumar.. Patient i'd[protected]. I went to dr batra clinic at aggarwal city mall pitampura but the doctor could not even diagnose my problem and just avoided talking to me.. Not giving any name to my problem.. Why do u publish fake ads when u can't even diagnose my problem. I want refund of the money immediately.. When they want to trap a customer they call immediately now nobody is responding.. I want a strict action

My name is seema saxena and i am from bhopal (Mp). I am patient of your bhopal centre and my patient code is 786279. I had contacted your bhopal centre for my hair fall treatment and at the time of counselling, it was assured to me by your doctors that –

ü my hair falls, problem of grey hair will stop within three months.
ü re-growth of hair will start within three months

After above commitment given by your doctors, i decided to take hair fall treatment from your bhopal centre and started it in may’2015 under supervision of dr. Manish –

After passing three month, i didn’t see any improvement in my hair fall and re-growth. The same matter was discussed with dr. Manish and he told that please continue your treatment and give him some more time and will see better improvement in your hair fall. As per his advised, we did some pathological test also and again waited for some time but condition was as it is. No improvement observed.
In between dr. Manish had been transferred and new dr. Navin had taken over my case and he treated me for next two months and also did some pathological test but no any improvements observed.
Then dr. Navin referred my case to dr. Patel, he is from indore centre. We met him at your bhopal centre in oct’2015 and inform him about our condition and request him to discontinue of treatment and refund our fee. But he told us to keep trust on him and give me two months more, i will give you better results and assured for better improvement. But after two months no improvement observed. He treated us throu vc only as he was not visiting bhopal centre frequently.
After getting no result, we again requested dr. Patel to refund our fee from october’15 for rest period till may’16 as i am not getting fruit full result from the treatment but he still pressurised us to continue my treatment and lingering my case from jan’2016 to may’2016 for 5 months and then he regretted for not refunding our fee.
Now, when we contacted him, he didn’t show any interest in talking us and referred me to dr. Navin at bhopal centre. Dr. Navin has also shown his inability to help me in getting refund of my fee.

This is purely case of cheating with the patient. Since oct.’15, i was continuously requesting dr. Patel to refund my fee frm where we decided to discontinue treatment i. E. From october’15 as i am not getting results from your treatment but they lingering my case for another 7 moths and now refusing to refund my fee. I was kept in dark by your doctors and they cheated me. I have waste my time & money.

I request you to please look in to the above case and request you to refund my fee from october’15 to may’16. I hope, dr. Batra’s will understand the problem of their patient will help them in refunding fee when treatment is not giving result.

I am kawaljeet from delhi and having treatment of ear problem from dr batra's homeopathic south ex. i started treatment faithfully from there with 2 years registration as consulted me by doctor but having taken continuous 3 days dose i felt worse condition than before. same i was discussed to dr. and she changed the dose which was taken 2 days more by me but having been taken dose same problem is here. now i am totally dissatisfied of treatment. now i want to discontinue by treatment and want back my refund. they complicated me saying they provide best treatment and they get me registered 2 years treatment worth 27000 amount.

I have registered for 2 years of treatment plan. I am on medication since one year now. Not even slightest improvement in my health.
Also, I will be travelling abroad for one year, hence I want to discontinue the services. When I called the clinic staff is not sure about cancellation process. I went to hospital thrice, sometimes they say cashier is not there sometimes doctor will not be there. Sometimes they are not aware what to do in such cases. I have already paid 25, 000/-, Please repay the remaining amount.

Let me know how to proceed with this.

This is to inform you that Dr Batras is Cheated me for giving high doses for dust Allergy due to this smy cough is increased and it has gone to severe level, hence I am un able sleep at night time .

This is totally fraud treatment,

I paid 10500 rupees for this and its has to be refunded by these cheaters.

i went Dr batra's banjara hills, hyderabad, for hair fall control and hair regrowth, they suggested me to Hair transplantation, i spent Rs 50000, but results is zero... they did surgery on my head, in feb 2014, they said in the period of 1 year hair will come, but there is no improvement,
how can i file a case against Dr batra hyd, how can i get my money back?

I started acne and PCOS treatment in June 2015, after one year of treatment their is no effect on my acne n PCOS condition. I have asked to refund my money. they refused to refund my money. I m very disappointed with the treatment and the doctors.

I took the hair transplant in January 2015 and the doctor told me that you can see the effect within 1 year but there is not improvement, when I consulted in January 2016 .. They told me to wait another 6 month . Now they have closed the branch at chennai Velachery and NO one is giving proper response to me. this is not acceptable at all from the brand like Dr. Batra.

I started psoriasis treatment in September 2015, later by December it increased on my entire body so I decided to quit the treatment. And I informed by the end of December 2015, in January 2016 I went to nearest clinic and wrote an application as Doctor asked. Before I started treatment I confirmed about the refund if I quit this treatment, and they informed that we will deduct amount for the months i took the treatment and remaining we will refund, but after many discussion and debate over the phone, I got a response saying that it is rejected... I paid for a year around ₹20000. Took the treatment for 3 to 4 month but they said no refund. Can u please let me know why I can not get any refund i[censored] have any valid answer. This is the way i am cheated. If I ever wish to come to Batra's again I will never come. Also I will not recommend anyone.

I had bought this product after going through the advertisement on flipkart. The site clearly states that it promotes hair growth, but after just 3 uses my hairfall started, and hasnt stopped yet. The customer care is not picking phone as always. The clinic of the company is asking for a doctor visit and is stating that the cant help since doctor was not consulted. The product did not state that it is a RX medicine. Moreover, I am unable to get my problem solved and the product has proven to be causing harm instead of the features it has been stated to be fulfilling. I want solution for the problem which has generated upon its use and someone to contact me.

I went to dr batra 2 years back for hair loss problem. That was the starting time for my problem. They assured me that taking a medicine for 2 years will make your root strong and grow the loss hair. But after 2 years i started a huge loss of hair. They dont have a good medicine. Jus they have marketing strategy and they know very well how to make fool to the Indians and make money out of that.
Its a request to the particular department of India to look this chain and stop the batra clinic all over India. Teach a lesson so that they will not play with people sentiments and money.

Today we went to Aundh Pune branch for first time consultation for hair fall problem. We did not have so much of information of clinic except its Name.
We just wanted to have the consultation before reaching to any decision. But as time went in clinic during consultation with doctor, they provided medicall assistance for 1 or 2 year.
It was a very quick decision taken by us to go for...

I came to Dr batra's clinic for dandruff treatment and gave them 25k for 2 years. I used their shampoo, hair lotion, homeopatic medicines, laser comb therapy for more than 6 months. No results were seen. Still was facing dandruff problems like itching and flakes and all. In fact it went severe. I told this to doctor also but he said to go for products like Head n Shoulders. I was shocked. If that was the only solution then why the hell did I spent 25k here. Everytime I complain about dandruff problem, they keep on advising me to go for Head n Shoulders like shampoo. There is no improvement in dandruff. The hair growth was already fine by birth for me by god's grace and they keep on showing its because of their treatment.

Batras clinic on dec2015 at cp for my skin problem and continuously taking prescribed medicine but my feb2016 visit, i was shocked when dr. Neha going treatment is not for skin problem it was totally cheated and misguided to me about treatment by reputed homeopathy clinic and at time of payment i paid rs.23000/- by my credit card told me that it will be converted through emi but it was not done and i had to pay rs. 3000/- extra to my bank for emi this payment further it is not possible to continue treatment with you so kindly revert my money asap on 18th april i visited batra’ clinic at cp and the attendant was giving me chq of rs.20500/- while i paid more than 22k and even i had to pay around 3000 to convert this amount into emi i requested you kindly look into the matter

Sir, i am getting a lot of promotional smss from dr batra which are of no use to me. My number is registered with dnd also.Inspite of that, a lot of sms which is not only wastage of time, money and manpower from dr batra but also causing mental disturbance to me as well as wasting my time.
