I visited Dr. batra clinic in Tolichowki Hyderabad on 20th September 2021 and have paid 15000 rupees for the package price for 1 year. I was initially not interested to take but Dr. insisted me by referring to the offer. I was promised by doctor by making false promises that medication is very effective in controlling blood sugar. Dr. Batra clinic is not refunding amount 15000 rupees which they charged me for 1 year package. I took treatment from them but I was not comfortable with their medications. So I decided to cancel. I only visited once so they should only charge me for a month. Please review and arrange refund immediately.

Meri beti Nidhi Haresh Mehta ko lichen planus ki skin ki problem thi, pichle 2 saal se wo Dr. Batra ke Miraroad wale clinic me treatment le rahi thi, 1st year me thoda medicine ka asar huva baadme problem badhta gaya solve hone ka naam hi nahi. Total wastage of money, energy and time. Meri beti treatment bararbar na milne par depressed huvi wo alag se....

I consulted with dr.batras kiranmai yellapu for skin problem, she told me that vitilgo and I paid 16k for one year treatment then I consulted with 5 different dermatologist in different locations they'll told me that Fordyce spots not vitiligo..I want my amount refund from batras....

I have take hair gro treatment at Dr Batra clinic complete all 10 session but results not show..no new hair growth..it's totally fraud treatment nd wasting of money...nd wasting of time...

I have taken this treatment for minimum 8 months now. I Was told that 3-4 months will be required for hairfall reduction and then more will be required for hair growth. Absolute lie. My hair is still falling and started falling more after taking the treatment. I have very thin hair left from hair that didn't fit in hands. They just lie and give a diet plan. I took all the medicines and followed every diet plan but my hair still keeps falling....

Along with the treatment she had given medicine for 1 month and after few days, she saw some recovery on her hair fall. But in the next month appointment the doctor was changed...

There is no improvement in eczema of my son after 3 years long treatment period.

The doctors seems to be inexperienced and giving nonsense excuses....

But I don't want to continue the medicine and want my rest amount refunded. I am getting multiple (around 10) spam calls from Dr Batras clinic in a day from past 2 weeks. I am not interested in any of their services and I have already notified the same to them. They have not stopped calling and this is really mental harrassment of a person. Kindly look into the matter and ask them to unsubscribe my number from wherever they got it....

I had consult with your clinic and on 20/09/2021 for hair loss treatment for post covid symptoms but when I visited to you clinic your counsellor pushed me to avail 1 year package treatment of 66k but I denied for the same and after so much convincing by her I availed 20k 1 year package treatment because I was scared and captured in a situation of phobia from you east delhi centre.

I am appalled so to see that even after activating complete dnd on my number, I get spam calls from dr batras every day twice or thrice since a couple of months.
I have no interest in their products and services.
This is harrasment honestly.
