Dr Batra's — Cheating on the name of BFIT Program

To say in one line - I feel cheated. This seems to be pure business and no one is responsible. I & My family have been associated with Dr.Batra's for 12+years now. However, this complaint is for the recently enrolled BFIT program. TERRIBLE is the only word that best describes the experience. Payment has been done and now no one is liable and responsible to give the value that was/is expected in return. Unprofessional staff, no control on 3rd party, not aware of process/program. Looks as if marketing agents have been placed to extract money.
I may be one odd writing such thing, but yes complaints are not 100% it is 10/15% of customers who come up with issues. I would need response and talking to someone who can answer, if possible Mr.Batra itself, but he is a big man and he may not want to do so...But would appreciate if someone at Director level is talking.
This complaint is for Dr. Komal Dixit, Madam Vilcy & Team.
It has been really embarrassing listening and taking to this people. They may & will have their own answers to support their side, but I have instances and evidences to support my dissatisfaction, frustration, irritation...whatever you say.
Will take support of Consumer forum in case this is not resolved appropriately.

the payment of Rs.25606/- was done on 05 June for enrolment.
Got the whatsapp confirmation on 06 Jun
Was shared the link of App to download and install.
Was told that the welcome which had the hardwares and other things will reach in 3/4 days.
However, continuous follow ups did not give out any result, no tracking, nothing was told / shared by this people, they themselves were lost and not aware of transportation. They shared the courier details on 13th June and material was received on same day (08 days), which was supposed to be 03/04 days.
After that they planned to get the CGM machine installed in the arm, their 3rd part agency called up scheduled the time and sent a roadside person (sorry to use such term), who did not even know the reason for waht he was sent for, he had seen the equipment for the first time, he was not a qualified technician also. However, with lot of efforts and Video calls from his office he pushed the thing inside the arm (till now it is not known that it has not peirced the skin). I literally did not feel any pain and was very happy that it happened without pain (but the tragedy was awaiting in next couple of hours). During all these I had called Vilcy and told her about the entire ordeal, informed Dr.Komal as well on Whatsapp.
After this I asked Vilcy madam, how do I get the readings of this, they told this will be given after 06 days, I told but I was informed that I can monitor this continuously from the Ultadanga Branch, she told no Sir that is not part of this program.
I called up Dr. Sourangshu, who had recommended me this program, he even expressed his unawareness and told he is also coming to know this now, that readings cannot be monitored by you.
I told but I would need to know the readings on daily basis, then I was asked to pay Rs.2891/- additional to get that facility. Paid immediately and ask them to arrange.
Now comes the big question mark on the professionalism...
I asked Vilcy madam, that as you are now sending new unit should I remove the unit which has been fixed on my arm, she confirmed - Yes you can remove.
On removal - I found that the pin/needle, which was supposed to pierce had bent sideways and not been fixed as was required.
This was very disturbing moment for me, I called up Vilcy madam, Sent the photographs to Both Vilcy and Dr.Sourangshu.
What was more disturbing was the answer from Vilcy madam - she told - Sir anyhow we are replacing this. She did not even realize that had the sensor been not removed, their would have been no readings after 06 days and what would have been their answer after that is not known and I do not want to imagine, as far as I can understand they would have blamed me.
Anyways, I got the second consignment of the CGM with sensor.
The entire team had a call with me to convince me, apologies, regrets and lot of things. Taking up responsibilities on the lapse from the 3rd party. However, I told will let you know my views after 7/10 days.
Regarding the sensor fixing I told them I shall get it done from my doctor/ paramedic as I do not want this to be done from unprofessional.
Next surprise awaited at home - the 3rd party person called me asking Sir I am waiting at your residence to take the readings from the sensor that was installed couple of days back. I asked him to wait as I was about to reach home. On reaching I told him that the machine was removed, have you not been informed regarding this, he called his office and handed over me the phone, Some person named Suman was at the other end, I asked was he not aware that the sensor was not installed properly, he started telling me that you had unpacked the sensor, it was fixed in your presence, out of context discussion. I whatsapp Vilcy asking, has the 3rd party vendor not been investigated for lapses as was told to me in the call couple of hours back, she reverted, will check and come back, but till now has not reverted.
Anyways - on 21 Jun morning 0804am, I fixed the sensor, configured the reader for taking readings. at 0904 am I took the first reading by scanning the sensor, all was as desired. The whole day I kept scanning every 30/60 min to check the readings.
In the evening it came to my mind to download the report from the sensor, and the search started for the software to do so. Did all the searching on net, got into the website of freestyle libre, downloaded the software for windows. Tried connecting the machine - but it was not happening, it did not happen. Kept searching for other sites. There is another site available but not for India, however logged as location - United states, was able to connect the machine and get the data, but here I saw that I was seeing only the data that I had scanned, whereas as per the website and product details it was supposed to be 24hrs monitoring.
The search again started and realized that I have been cheated again. The product was supposed to be "Freestyle Libre Pro" and I was supplied with "Freestyle Libre" only and it does not has the facility of recording data until unless scanned.
Informed this to Dr.Komal at 0748hrs 23 Jun, she replied at 0847am stating that she is in consultation with a patient and Vilcy will clear my all doubts.
After that I replied her with Thanks & Bye and Blocked her & Vilcy on whatsapp and also their calls. Because I did not see any sort of resolution from their end. I could only see that they are big people least bothered about the customer, running a business that has no accountability, it is like product sold, work completed.
It has been too embarrassing for me to write such a big detail.
I expect - apology from Mr. Batra, refund of my money (they can take back their hardwares), making up for the mental harassment which I am going through from 09 Jun 2023.
