Dr Batra's — Don't want to continue the treatment and want refund.

I have take service for my hair treatment on 25 th August. After using its medicine for one week my hair is falling severely. I stopped the medicines and don't want to continue it.
Please initiate my request.
I am also not financially stable to bear the emi of 15000
