Dear sir We, self n my husband, registered for one year but there is no improvement in hair loss. We went to clinic and asked them for six month registration, which as a customer is my right how ever they refused. We requested them to give us in writing n same turned down. My humble submission to board of directors to kindly look into such issues and direct the clinic to refund the bar money.
