My id is 964570. I have been transferred from bangalore to belgaum. I requested to transfer my file from bangalore to belgaum. The same has been conveyed to customer care executive of bangalore[protected] n no of times. However, till date that has not happened. A poor customer service reflecting unprofessionalism.
