I have enrolled through UPI for hairloss treatment and I went twice to thrice to the clinic for the treatment. But recently i lost job and requested them to stop taking the UPI payment as I am already not taking their treatment and simply they are charging me saying I have enrolled and they cant stop taking the emi amount through UPI. I requested saying I cant afford as I am jobless but they are not listening and every month deducting 4888 rupees which is a big amount. All together they have charged more than 50000 where as I am not taking their services. I met Dr Swati Maheswari and explained the situation but she is also unable to help me in getting my refunds.

We are layman and they should not take our hard earned money. I hardly have gone 3 times for treatment and everytime explained them it was a mistake by me taking the treatment. So requested them to give my money back. I think the treat ment started in may and June and I paid every month 4888 which is lot to me. They told me they cant revert the money. But seeing my situation they should not utilize my time and money for their clinic. It is a big amount of money for me and my family. They should refund all my amount. It is a request.
