Dr Batra's — I do not want to continue the treatment

Hello,
I do not want to continue the treatment as doctor are not giving proper treatment.I went for acne treatment the issue wasn't resolved.They convinced to pay 6 months. But they are not very experts in solving the issue. Really I am not happy
I want my refund back for the remaining amount of months
