Dr Batra's — I m complaining about medicine home delivery service

Good afternoon.. Patient name :- bornona sarkar. Patient id:[protected].. We paid the medicine home delivery charge at 21 april.. Still we do not get any medicine.. When we contact with costumer care, they told medicine already out for delivery at 24 april.. Today is 3rd may... Staill we don’t receive any medicine deliver.. Plzz try to solve it as soon as possible🙏🙏🙏

Hi friend, I had the same issue. the staff is useless, I finally got so frustrated that I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Guess what they haven't given a refund yet. And I received medicines after cancelling the order. I received them. Pretty late, around 10-11 days later. Their system Is very very inefficient and they don't care.
