Dr Batra's — No releave from skin disease from last 07 months

Dear Sir/Mam,
I had taken yearly package for my skin problem from Surat branch on 01st Nov 2022, since then I had been taking regular medicines suggested by Dr. Batra but there is no sign of relieve on the contrary, the problem has worsen. The photo is attached for your reference. Please arrange for my money refund. Please do the needful.
