I paid in the month of Feb 2020 as an advance for my hair loss treatment as Dh 4815 as per your doctor suggestion.
I also visit clinic for same month and next month but after lockdown start due to Covid 19 Outbreak. I was stuck in Al ain UAE and I cannot visit your clinic. After almost 6 month of lock down the date of release of lockdown in dubai I personally call to Al Nahada clinic for the appointment but at the same time they told me that due to lock down our doctors are not available so we call you back once we all set with the operation. I wait till 3 months I didn't received any call. Then I call on Jan 21 for further improvement but no one has response finally I need to go to my country India were due to second wave of Covid 19 outbreak the International flight ban to UAE. Now when last month I came to UAE were I call for the appointment as well as for the service but your clinic told that you have to come to our clinic and speak with our Senior for further service as your file was cancelled from the system. Here I need to know that you took advance from me and without any initimation even though your clinic know the current situation you cancel my file. Know when I asking for the refund they deny as they are saying that in our system it was cancelled. Today I received call from your call centre that you have to visit out clinic and pay some amount to get that claim back.
So I need now to know about my refund amount for 3600 Dh which is still pending from the advance payment for 4815 Dh.
