Dr Batras is trapping patients for long term treatment, getting the full payment, and not telling about their refund clause. They do not have a trial period in place nor do they have any exit clause.
It's like a force treatment, once you have paid the amount.
So please be aware while making payment, , , , think twice-thrice...
Am stuck with his treatment (...907073) for 2 years, by paying 30k, and they are denying refund
The clinic also will wash their hands saying the payment has gone to the central account, in mumbai.
Their mumbai office does not respond( they seem to have some internal protocol, not to entertain customers calls.{obviously these calls would be of customers who feel cheated}. And I have seen only their standard template email reply.
