Dr Batra's — Refund

Dear Concerned,
Dr. Batra clinic is not refunding amount 15000 rupees which they charged me for 1 year package. I took treatment from them but I was not comfortable with their medications. So I decided to cancel. I only visited once so they should only charge me for a month. Please review and arrange refund immediately.
