[Resolved] Dr Batra's — Refund money not received even after several communications

Hi team,

I have went to dr. Batra's sector 5, kolkata branch for the first time regarding consultation of my hair fall on 28.08.2016.
I do not have so much information about your treatment policy except that this have been a largest homeopathy clinics with best doctors and renowned endocrinologists and dermatologists.
I went there just wanted to have the consultation before reaching to any decision regarding my treatment, but as time went in clinic during consultation with doctors, they provided medical assistance for 1 year.

It was a very quick decision taken by me to go to for a 1 year treatment solution by paying 16000 inr. Hence i have paid this big amount on that very 1st day.

Somehow, i am not willing to go ahead with it now due to a medical emergency and my family problems. And now i am in really need of money.

I have not taken any single service from them except my basic check up on the first day visit at clinic.

I have already communicated over mail but still no action has been taken. And its been 1 month now.

The amount is huge for me and need your support to get it back at earliest after deducting all necessary charges for one day as i have visited only once at your clinic.

It has been more than 2 months now still no positive response received, I keep following up over phone but only get to hear sentences like this
"we are looking into this" & "your request is in queue".

what can be the challenges for a renowned institute like you to refund money for which the services has not been taken for a single day!!!
