Dr Batra's — Refund my money

Respected team
I have booked an appointment on 14 August 2022 patient I'd[protected] and payment has been made of INR 199 but I have cancelled my appointment for some reason and ask the executive to cancel it but she is seeing my message but no response is coming from her, name of executive is asmita.
She has shifted my appointment to 17 August 2022 but not cancelled it completely.
All proofs are attached below
So I want my money refund as soon as possible
