To sir/madam With reference to captioned subject i (Patient code[protected] wish to inform you that i have availed hair fall control service of one year (Feb 2017_feb 2018) from your sion clinic. I didn't avail service after one month (Since march) due to getting some infection from service provided by clinic. Hence i discontinued and have requested for refund of same.in my earlier mail i have given all required details but despite my several requests they are showing deaf ears & till date no refunds have been posted in my account. Batra is a brand name, hence i don't wanna go for any legal process bcoz that would affect your brand name.
