[Resolved] Dr Batra's — refund of fees | |||
Sir, i took a treatment of tenia crusis in dr. Batra's minto park clinic. After undergoing treatment for 2 months i was highly unsatisfied with the results as my problems were increasing instead of reducing and there was no serious care taken by the doctor so i consulted another doctor and i am highly satisfied with the treatment i am undergoing now. Now when i asked them for refund of the balance fees as they have taken the entire fees in advance, they clearly said that they do not have a refund policy and they will adjust the amount with any other treatment which i will take with them in future. Kindly look into this and process the refund because i am not at all interested in taking any treatment in the near future. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dr. Batra India biggest foller make a customer . don't use this company services . Don't pay advance . They have no good doctor it's totally make fool doctor .this company making new USP big advertising and big marketing to make fool a customer service. Don't used this service. I don't get what kind of response you are giving me.. I filed a complaint for refund of fees and today I receive a call from the clinic to come to the clinic and there I come to know that some other doctor will be treating me and that too over video conferencing...This is really very bad from your side..
