Hi,

I had taken one year service for my daughter. After taking 4 months service, i stopped your service. I had given one written complain to refund my money back. The clinic person told me that they will refund my amount back after 40 days. But already 3 months gone and i have not yet received amount back.

I visited your clinic but they said account team is looking this issue.

I kindly request you to please refund my amount.
