Dr Batra's — Regarding extension of my treatment

I and my mother was taking treatment at your Annanagar branch, Chennai. My mother's treatment discontinued due to her demise last year June. I'm asking the branch head as well as reception staff for past one year towards adjust and extend my treatment period which lapsed last month towards my mother's balance discontinued month. Could you please help me to fix this? It will great helpful to continue my treatment without an issue.
