My name is km. Shiv priya. From the college dr. Islam majeed degree college, bhargain, kasganj, u. P affiliated by the dr. Bheem rao ambedkar university, agra. My complaint is for correction in my final year marksheet is not done by university since last year.
The marks of the first year (B. S. C main) has not added in the final marksheet.

I had already written an application but no work is done till now.

I want to study further but due to this unappropriate result in the final marksheet i am unable to study
So please work on my complaint as soon as possible.

Further when i applied for provisional degree so that at least my process for canada can be started on 26-jun-17. There is no update, none picks up calls. I was in touch with mr. Vishweshar prasad, dy. Registrar but no response. I have none in agra and i'm also out of country while my family is shifted to ahmedabad, gujarat.

Am perusing ph. D from department of history & culture, dr. B. R. Ambedkar university, agra dean research & department of history stopped me from appearing in pre ph. D course work 2014-15 exam on the name of short fall of attendance, which was result of my denial to accept their corruption.
- dean research & department of history & culture don’t show our attendance records.
- they never made anykind of attendance register, just took a4 size paper (With student name and fathers name) on which student had to sign, later the absent or present was filled by department clerk mohammad raees khan by his own will and choice separately on different format... A copy of which is attached
- they don’t even reply when asked same thing through rti application.
- complaints are made to state information commission on same.
- complaint has been made to university grants commission.
- complaint has been made to mhrd (Ministry of human resource development).
- complaint has been made to higher education department.
- complaint has been made to rusa (Rashtriya uchchatar shiksha abhiyan).
- complaint has been made to vice chancellor, dr. B. R. Ambedkar university, agra but till now no action is taken.
-even after 15 months of pre ph. D course work exam, yet no decision had been taken in this regard.
-dean research rks dhakrey, is spoiling future of students including me.
-in this throat cutting competition is this legit & relevant not to organize exam even after almost one & a half year.
-plea has been made many a times to dean research, hod department of history & to dr. B. D. Shukla for conducting the exam but no result.
-dean research rks dhakrey still not interested in solving out the matter & conducting the course work exam for remaining students…. Who is ultimately suffering? Obviously the student!

-they are organizing rdc meeting, expected 01/09/2017 for students who were allowed to give exam but hanging the remaining students.
-many cases are still in consideration under honorable high court, allahabad in the same pre ph. D course work matter, example -
1) gaurav singh v/s rks dhakrey & 4 others writ c - 51596/2016
2) meghraj singh +4 v/s state o[censored]p & 4 others writ c-27010/2016
3) jyotsana bansal v/s state o[censored]p (Writ number not available)

Question if the matter is still in court then how come they organize rdc meeting?
The truth is that they want to finish the matter (Counseling, rdc etc) as soon as possible to close the matter ablaze to save their own neck as they including couple of staff members from their department are found indulging in unlawfully allowing the students of their "own choice" to appear in pre ph. D course work exam while prohibiting others.
-contempt order was passed against rks dhakrey for non responding to honorable high court allahabad order on the same matter, again to say if he is not responding to honorable high court, what will be the condition of student in front of him? Contempt application (Civil) / 683 / 2017

I request you to consult vice chancellor to cancel rdc meeting at first, passing order to conduct our course work exam as soon as possible, so that ongoing process of spoiling future is to be stopped.

I have submitted my b. C. A[protected] degree fee of 500 rupees in university bank on 3rd september 2015 with all semester mark sheets (Xerox copy).
At the time of submission, b. C. A department provide me a id c-36478 and said to me that your degree will be post on your address within a month still i am not getting my degree. Also said you can get the information with this id c-36478.
But now university has processed online so please tell me how to track my status or where is my degree.
Please reply because there is no communication with university by dialing contact numbers.

I have applied for my provisional certificate online on dated 6-8-17 Application id is 17136 & fess transition id is JHMP[protected] AND final year roll no is[protected] and i have submit approx 150 rs as a provisional certificate fee. Concern person said they will send provisional certificate degree through email but i have not received my provisional certificate I am calling university but nobody responding. I have tried to contact VC of the university but he is also not available on phone. I called to university a lot of time but nobody responding. I have visited to university again but they said, they will send the same very soon.
