I am very disheartened to not get the invoice of my lab tests even after repeated reminders. I needed them for reimbursement. They even don't provide original pamplets. The pamplets they brought were photostat copies with only test name mentioned (NO RATES) . They verbally told me about the tests. And when i gave sample they told me to provide me bill on watsapp in 1-2 days. But i never got them even after calling multiple times. Even the online customer care even denied to give duplicate bills. Not even i can find them online.
It is such a shame that such a good big labs like Lal Path Is cheating customers. And disturbing their customers peace of mind.
Please take the necessary action against the Baddi Based lal path lab. Otherwise me and my family won't ever get the test done from this company . Below i am mentioning the Lab id's for which i need Invoice (Bills)
