Unprofessional phlebotomist

The phlebotomist was not skilled at all, they just hired anybody to fulfil the growing demand and actually playing with people’s life. The phlebotomist I was provided did not even know how to take the blood sample, I booked the advanced swasth whole body checkup and the phlebo couldn’t even insert the needle properly and punctured my hand 3 times again and again. Been 3 days now and my hand is swollen so badly and it’s quite painful. They are just doing business and hiring unprofessional people which is quite dangerous for the people.

Illegal blood business done by Lalpathlabs
I had requested for sugar test for fasting and PP and hba1c test but the reports didn’t come on time and on enquiry I was told that I would need to again give blood sample in order to have the complete report. As of now I have partial reports with me[protected] Lab id).
I gave my sample on 12th jan 2021 and was told that I will get the reports by evening. So I took my doctors appointment for the next day and also took a leave from work as I had to go to the doctor. But because of the labs negligence and carelessness I did not get my reports upon that their team tells me to give a new sample. So when I asked for the preferred date, their executives said that slot is not available in which case I think they should have made provisions and make slots available as it was completely their fault.
As of now I am demanding a full refund of my money which is 910/- rupees. The partial reports is of no use to me or my doctor.

Wrong test done
I did test of cyclosporine c2 but they gave report of cyclosporine c0 . I gave Rs- 2400 for the test . I want my money back.

Covid test "Inconclusive" Result
Conducted RT PCR test but report showing result as "inconclusive".
Paid ₹2600/- for the test but as report status is not either positive or negative, it is of no use to show in case anyone ask my covid status.
Called Customer care for asking whether sample will be collected again with Free of cost again, but they denied and said you need to do payment again for test.
Hence, complaint is that as money already provided and sample was not taken correctly by the sample taker (home visit test), why again payment is requied for test.

Sir/Madam. I am Dr Adithi Menon, working at Sir Gangaram Hospital in Delhi. I am a high risk individual who was exposed to a covid patient in the line of duty. I became symptomatic and then underwent covid RTPCR testing on 19. 11. 2020. It has been more than 48 hours and my reports have not been released. My lab number is[protected].
If within this period I fall sick I would not even get a hospital admission as my covid status is unknown. In the meanwhile I am exposing so many people. Kindly rectify this entire system. Please tell me when my report will be available.

Hi Team,
I have visited Dr lal pathology noida sector 18 on Nov 2020. Dr was not available and have been told to visit again as they taken 1650 Rs from me for a test. I asked them to refund my money coz I have not taken any services.
They told me to fill the form in a mail and they will transfer the money but till now after multiple followup they didn't paid my money yet. No one is responding to my request.

18th Nov Morning the updates uploaded is showing result as Inconslusive.
Since it has been more than 15 days repeat covid test was done to see negative report of covid .The executive came from dr lal path lab after 3 hours of waiting took samples very fast and was told to take swabs properly
This is total error on part of dr lal path lab and Rs 2400 paid for test is charged without satisfactory answer by customer care of lab which was assigned my test.
Kindly check and re extract the RCA or arrange for my retest as there is no fault in customer giving sample

Inconclusive report
I registered myself for home-collection of sample for covid-19 detection through Rt-PCR on[protected]. My sample was collected on[protected] and I had paid 2400 for the same. The reports came out on[protected] which state that the status of my infection is "inconclusive".
MY doctor advised me for a re-test, with no extra cost, stating that the sample might not have been taken properly. However tha lab executives demand payment for the re-test.
Kindly resolve my grievance.

Delay/no response on report status after allotted time also
Hi All,
It is such a bad experience with Lal path labs that Covid test given on 6th Nov and till date i have not received the report. I have calling the Sukh vihar center and your call center no, and everyone is saying it will come in couple of hours since 7th evening and nothing is happening.
Test given on 6th Nov @4.00 pm and lab id generated on 7th Nov @6.15PM since then I have chasing sukh vihar center but the person did not pick up call as the delay is from their side they confirmed it will be ready by 8th Nov morning but nothing came in. After numerous calls in the evening he said i cannot do anything talk to call center. At call center i booked my complaint for lab id[protected] @6.00 PM and they assured as they were assuring since morning that in couple of hours you will get status and call from other team, but no one called. At 7.15 PM on 8th Nov i called up again to logged complaint of my other lab id of[protected] and same answer complaint nos. are CMP[protected] & CMP[protected], to which these complaints should have raised by sukh vihar PSC who said i have escalated but he has not.
After waiting for 3 hours i called up to check on status which is your responsibility to provide the status CMP[protected] CMP[protected] pethatic service quality. The guy on the call Shelendra keep saying the same thing we are working you will get update then I asked him to cancel the test and refund the money which he said will raise i do not know when it will be resolved, I asked for your supervisor which he was not agreeing to and not letting me talk to him after lots & lots & lots of persuasion (Check the recording) he gave to Deep the supervisor and he said he got the update the reports will be ready in the night for sure, but in morning still same status. I asked for refund which he said cannot be done till morning.
Summarizing after 4 days my Covid test are not ready, I have taken appointment with doctor on Saturday and Sunday but without COVID report he will not meet it is mater of serious illness which no one is understanding and diverting me from one call to another with lies & lies & assurance without any result. Refund me the full amount immediately and it is upto you that you will give my report or not I can get it done somewhere else.
Fail to understand how this organization of yours work only on lies & false commitment. I have been given assurance of 48 hours which expired on 8th Nov @ 4.00 PM and I am writing this email on 9th Nov 8 AM, what do you expect this is serious and very bad on your part as an organization. You have taken money and I am following up all the time with no revert from your side. Highly disappointed from the response lies & false assurance with no outcome.
Refund me the money urgently it is not cheap test, we are working middle class family, it would have been better I would have gone to Govt or SRL rather going to Lal Path which I regret now.
It is difficult for me to expect even reply from your side with type of service levels you have & I am witness to this.
This is not normal Lipid profile which can wait for another day, it is COVID test which has big negative impacts.

Unprofessional methods and causing injury

I got a blood test done by the Lab number [protected], Delhi sector 2, Rohini 110085. The test was done on October 30, 2020 morning. While collecting the sample, the boy punctured my right forearm vein causing pain and internal vein bleeding. He tried to stop it by using his bare finger and caused further damage. In order to hide his fallacy he applied and hid the injury with a bandaid. It caused a long incision of 2 cm long. While taking a blood test, the vein is never damaged. I have given my Covid-19 sample on 21/10/2020 on Chandra laxmi Vaishali Ghaziabad center however I have still not received any update regarding report.
It's really disappointing . I never expect this kind of service from lal path lab.

I'm complaining about covid RTPCR test reports.

I am Ritika Beniwal, I gave throat and nasal sample for covid-19 RT PCR test on 14 Oct 2020. I haven't received the report till now, it's October 17, 2020. And secondly, I was charged Rs 1500 for the test which is actually of Rs 1200 (I didn't know at that time).
They're completely fraudsters. I am chasing since 4 days and getting no response.

I gave sample for cbc in the morning. Wanted to check the platelets count as soon as possible. Lal path person took the sample and told report would be given by evening. But no report was given. No one was able to answer where the report is. CBC is a 15 min report and they take whole day for it. No customer care works. I always recommend lal path to everyone but this time it was the worst. They don’t understand what life is. The quality is deteriorating each day. I haven’t got the reports yet

False promise regarding availability of test report

I went to Dr. Lal Path Lab at Shop no-38, ground floor, crystal plaza, Hiranandani Crystal Plaza, Plot number 8/24, Sector-07, near to Tristar Hotel for COVID 19 RT PCR test on[protected] at around 11 AM. I was promised that the test result will be available within 48 hours but their website shows it will be available on 9.30 am on[protected] which is 96 hours from the time of sample collection.
I would have gone to other labs for testing but due to false promise i am suffering.

There is no purpose of receiving the report by such fraudulent service apth labs as your servivces are of trustworthiness.

You are liable to compensate for the 1) loss suffered by ritika handa for medical negligence, the surgery operations booked (For 1 lac) for ot basis on the report not received and the costs incurred by ritika.2. Refund of the fees paid by ritika3 for mentally torturing the patient and harrassing the client for non delivery of reports.4. as per the medical and consumer prtoectiton act or defecient services, ineffective delayed services and the medical negligence with patients. covid report not received
My covid sample is collected by c rahul gupta from rohini sec 8 branch delhi as on 19 sep, 4 days gone but covid report is not received... And when i called customer care they told me that your report is in process... After 5 pm 4th day i received the call from path lab they told me that they need to take collect re sample for covid test... C rahul gupta said i deposit the sample same day on lab but they blamed me... My sample is missed in lab... Kindly take it seriously and i want to my refund my 2400 and 3 days salary

You can find out the name of the technician by checking at the centre. It was unbearably painful - at first she did not insert the instrument properly. Second, she applied Dettol with some cotton in the area and kept the cotton inserted. She said to take it out after 1 hour. It was burning like crazy. I was shaking after the entire experience. At home when I took out the cotton I saw it was Dettol. One never applies Dettol to the genital area. The burning continued till the next morning. I think she is very inexperienced. She is dangerous for unsuspecting patients. The test costs a lot - Rs 1900. I have no idea, given what happened, whether the test itself can be trusted. I am very upset.

Negligent behaviour of staff

Dear sir/Madam,
I booked a service of home collection for covid 19, on 10th September and the technician reached us on 11th September. He collected the sample and tell us about the report that will be declared in 48hrs and now the report shows that sample will be recollected.
They are not even contacted us for this mis management or negligence behaviour and now i am complaining for the whole day but there is no response from them.
The patient is already in a mental stress and tha lal path labs are harassing him with their negligent behaviour.
The patient is seeking some kind of relief in a form of either the refunds or the early recollection of the sample and sooner will be the declaration.

Booked home collection on 11th sept 2020. Collection planned for 12th. Didn't receive any communication till 12th sept. Called help line number but no agent to pick up. Their chat service sucks. I finally called up the local lalpath lab number and they assigned someone for 13th. They confirmed time of 8:30 am. We are still waiting for the person to arrive. Test booking no - 1355581

I booked the house collection blood work which was done on June 4th 2020 by Lal path lab agent & It was promised to deliver the report on June 17th 2020 but it never happened. Lab ID : 1536054. I called customer care multiple times and logged the complaint but each time they raise request & close the same without any action & saying its done. (#CMP[protected]
I always called[protected] customer care number which is centralized and each time they promise to do callback to resolve it but it never happened and then they lie that you were not reachable.
Later on I called them to refund money for which they promised to arrange the same from Shalimar Bagh -Delhi center but that also never happened.
I need my money back 6000 INR for the same.
I always called[protected] customer care number which is centralized and each time they promise to do callback to resolve it but it never happened and then they lie that you were not reachable.
