Sample was taken from my home for patient name 'Gurudas Chanda' (ID:[protected], SRF ID:[protected], LAB ID:[protected] by a Lal Path Labs sample collector - Tushar Mondal (Ph No: [protected]) whose number I am sharing because he is also at fault here as he is not picking up our calls regarding this issue.
The sample was taken on 25th April, then 26th April I was informed that the sample is lost and repeat sample is required. Then this guy Tushar Mondal came & took the sample for the patient on 27th April. I did not receive a sms after this sample was taken on 27th April and till now, I have received the Covid Report.
This is highly unprofessional and seems like a SCAM from LalPath Labs side as they have taken payment of Rs. 1, 500 & have not received the Covid report. Look into this matter and help us get the covid report or get our money back of Rs. 1, 500 Was this information helpful? |
