Customer Complaint Number: CMP[protected]
Have not received reports for almost a month now. We were told 10 working days. The website indicated report was to be available on 23rd Oct 2021, the that changed to 25th Oct 2021. It is 3rd Nov today and almost a month. Have been escalating the matter with Customer Care Call center and they have been promising to call back.
Only call back is from Call Center supervisors who use standard terms like we apologize and we will escalate the matter to concerned backend team in the lab. They are clueless about when the report is due. We have paid Rs. 7000/- in advance for the report. They also sought reports from the other Histpath lab where I have done the testing on the same day (8th Oct 2021), which we provided.
This is truly unprofessional and unworthy of a listed company demonstration this kind of behaviour with its customers. Finally I raised a written complaint a few days ago with CMP[protected].
I hope Dr. Lal is reading what is happening at the Lab and taking corrective action. Else God help the customers and shareholders. Was this information helpful? |
