I have given my blood sample in the morning (14th sep'18) around 11:30. I was told that i can see my report online after 6 pm. Thrice i called customer care and every time they are saying mam report is ready you can see after 30 mins. Till now (10:30 pm) my report is not online. This is not a report card this is health report which should be generated asap so that patient can take medication accordingly. Seriously this is not acceptable at all. Lab id[protected].
