Since, 2021 I've been using Dr. Lal Path Labs app in mobile & have taken multiple tests.
Yesterday, on 25.08.23 my mother visited Doctor & he suggested a Sputum Test for cough. I called up Lal Path Customer Care & spoke with Mr. MANDEEP SHARMA & told him about the test & he himself booked the test from his end & I paid for it as usual.
Today, on 26.08.23 Phlebo Mr. Koushik Pramanik visited my home & I showed him the prescription & he said that this was the test itself, which is booked.
Once, he took the sputum sample & visited lab, he is now saying that his senior has said that another test needs to be added i.e. (P025-Gram Stain) & told me to pay for that.
I called up Customer Care & explained the issue in detail & they said that his senior will coordinate with the Phlebo, when I wanted to speak to his senior Customer Care personnel abruptly disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation & I was left in utter vain & confusion not knowing what to do.
I paid the Phelbo another Rs.390/- outside of this test, as she had to be diagnosed immediately. What the Customer care representatives did was a complete & utter harassment which I faced only because of your unprofessional, rude & inconvenient Customer Care representatives & mostly their seniors. You'll have the call recorded with you, dated 26.08.23 at 11:05am.
I've attached all the necessary witness of calls, payments & conversations for your reference.
Please address this issue as this is sheer harassment & no one is paying money & taking your services to get harassed while taking you services.
I'd expect an immediate resolution & response from your end.
