Dr. Lal PathLabs — no follow up work and report was not on scheduled time

This is a brief complaint although i have many issues with my experience with Dr. Lal Pathlabs, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. Tara Malik, my wife (Patient ID PID[protected] on 26.03.2019 gave her sample for maternal serum screen 4; quadruple test against invoice no. DL1718/[protected] and as per Bill invoice report was scheduled for 27.03.2019. After my office hours I visited the Dr. Lal Pathlabs, Tilak Nagar alongwith my wife after for collection of report. On visit they gave me a vague reply and said they have no follow up regarding my report and told me to come back tomorrow for collection of report. We went back and visited next day for collection of Report and received the same vague reply with no report which confused me and i did some inquiring and on inquiring i have received vague reply and unsatisfied feedback with no concrete reply on delay of report. I inquired further whether sample of my wife has been lost or misplaced/misnumbered. They gave me unsatisfactory reply and told me to come back next day. As per their assurance i went there next day for report collection after my office work hours but still there was no report and their blank faces with no satisfactory response. I tried to understand their working and to understand the real situation tried talking to the people handling the work there and one Ms. Lata took everything lightly and paid no attention to my grievance. That day I waited till closing of lab for concrete reply from their side. On 01.04.2019 on my visit i wrote my feedback on feedback Form with an handwritten Complaint but still no action was taken by them. i asked for my refund, reimbursement for my 5 visits and Compensation for mental agony and mental harassment me and my wife has gone through. they assured me that the will refund my bill amount and reimburse me for 5 visits but on 03.04.2019 as i went on their assurances they handed over me a Settlement undertaking which was in standard form and told me to sign it for refund amount. Due to their continuous pressure and harassment i was ready to sigh the undertaking. They fill up the blanks in undertaking and mentioned Rs. 4500/- as settlement amount but they gave me only Rs. 3300/- as my bill was for Rs. 3290/- . On such fraud i wrote a handwritten note on the Settlement undertaking that i have received only the test amount (Rs. 3300/-) and no other amount such as reimbursement and compensation for harassment and it was clearly shown in their cash voucher also. It is apparent from the Report also that the report was drawn on 02.04.2019 which one week after the scheduled date on Report collection. All the relevant papers are attached hereunder. kindly take action asap and make the reimbursement and compensation within working 7 days and treat this Complaint as Notice and on no action i will be prepared to take the necessary legal action.
