Dr. Lal PathLabs — Refund of test charges due to non taken of covid test sample

I had booked covid test 16April which was scheduled to be collected on 19April 2021between 2.30 to to 3 PM. I have already paid test charges of Rs 1200, however no body had came for tsample .Therefore payment of Rs 1200 may be refunded to me.
