Dr. Lal PathLabs — Regarding Negligence and Improper Conduct

I had given my blood sample on 7th of December in the morning and afternoon for the serum cortisol test and the report came on 13th of December 2020. The report was wrong because the team repeated the sample. So again i was asked to give the sample and the report for it was given to me on 22nd March 2021 ( a time gap of more than 3 months ). They did not even Whatsapp or Gmail the report to me. I had to visit several times for a single report.Also there was misbehaviour by the Jhansi staff when i asked them about the reports. Look into the matter as soon as possible and compensate me since the reports after three months are of no use to me and/or in case to anyone.
